    Chapter 1

Since I'm here a lot, I've decided to begin reading this story from the beginning. My first introduction to Comsie's writing was several years ago on another site. It was this story.
  2. Al Norris

    Chapter 5

Good Chapter, Justin. I can hardly wait to see how Charlie grows and several other things that might be different than the original.
  3. Al Norris

    Chapter 43

Oh, it would work... That's assuming that Cyrus would allow that. I don't believe for a minute that we've seen the last of Cyrus and the pack.

    Chapter 24

It's always sad when a well-written story comes to an end. It's also satisfying to the reader that the author has taken the pains to end a story that feels natural. Too many get tired of writing (or don't know how to end it) and the ending feels forced. Not here. Thank you, @kbois. I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
  5. I'll add my congrats and thanks to the rest of the pack. Your story may not actually happen. Happily Ever After is often omitted from the deck of cards called life. But it is still nice to read and gives hope to those younger than many of us. Thanks, Lee.
  6. Hmm, that implies that (some) people no longer think this was the start. Stonewall was, in fact, the start of the modern Gay Rights movement. If you look at the history of Gay Rights in the U.S., you will see that Stonewall was the start of Gay Pride marches. From Gay Pride stems almost all other gay organizations.

    Chapter 9

This is one of my favorite chapters. Mostly because Agda now starts to see just what her future may hold. There are 14 chapters currently posted at the Castle. There are more that are not posted. When we reach what is posted at the Castle, we will begin to post more both here and at the Castle at the same time. So there will be no need to try and "read it first," somewhere else.

    Chapter 15

I just knew that Roy and Shauna were having an affair. I'm glad to see that Derek was aware of it. Sadly, he would have ignored it to get Buzz back under his thumb... Right up to where the child was born and it couldn't be denied who the real father was.
  9. Al Norris

    Chapter 8

Truth! For many of us from that age, what Dr. John said is the absolute truth. My impression is that Roy is actually sleeping with Shauna.
  10. Things change over time. Even in the early days of Christianity, not many followed the teachings of the Christ. When the Christian Bible was finally put together (350 years after Christ), still too many followed the old Hebrew ways instead of the way the Christ preached. He didn't care if you were Jew, Samarian, Roman, or Greek. He preached love for all, particularly those who were less fortunate than ourselves. He didn't preach against other religions or even against those who had no religion. He preached against those who wouldn't love others as they loved themselves. Finally, He didn't preach that this should be done on one day of the year, rather it should be done all the time. A great lesson in your story, Bill. Thank you and a very Merry Christmas to you and yours.

    Chapter 18

Oh goody! Shell is going to not only be a shifter but also a mama! Yay, Curtis!

    Chapter 17

I would venture to say if they put one to death, they will have to put both to death. That might be harder than the Alpha thinks since Colton is also an alpha and Trey and Jeb will back whatever play Colton decides on. Let's not forget that Parker will play a role in any decisions made.
  13. Al Norris

    Chapter 15

I know I read this story on another site, years ago. Apparently, I also read it here in 2021. For the life of me, I can't quite remember the storyline. Some of it is familiar and some of it is like a first reading. Sigh...
  14. Al Norris

    Chapter 23

    Yes!
  15. Al Norris

    Chapter 23

Now to gather all of the loose ends, wrap them up, and put them under the tree!
  16. Al Norris

    Chapter 5

I had forgotten how funny some of these scenes are. Go, Colton!
  17. Al Norris

    Chapter 4

The clincher was when Colten snapped TJ's arm. Nobody got concerned about it. Why should they? A simple shift and all is fixed. So if TJ was a wolf, then so was Seth.
  18. Al Norris

    Chapter 1

I decided that I needed to reread this great story. I read it first on another site, years ago. I like the format here better. Thanks for bringing it to GA, @Rob Colton.
  19. That was a productive session with the shrink. I kinda hope that things stay on an even keel... Yeah, too much to ask!

    Epilog

As always, when a story ends we kinda feel a loss. Sad that it has indeed ended but also happy that things have worked out. Thanks, Laura, for letting us see into that mind of yours, for a brief few minutes.
  21. Al Norris

    Chapter 3

You have to break the egg, to make an omelet.
  22. Al Norris

    Chapter 2

Have you forgotten about the golden showers?
  23. Al Norris

    Chapter 1

It's a tough time of the year to be between jobs. Unfortunately, it's also a slow time for many industries. The writing quality has not slipped. If anything, it is better than it was. That's the way my thinking has gone. Shall we start with the fact that Greg awoke much sooner than normal?
  24. Al Norris

    Chapter 13

Just when you think things will get back to normal... Poor Charlie; poor Greg!
  25. Al Norris

    Chapter 12

There is a lot of divergence. It is and it isn't. By that I mean it is the same story but only in the broadest sense. This version is a lot better.
