    You made it to the end I'm glad you came back. It's hard when a story stirs up old emotions. Fiction has a way of mimicking real life. (I leave pieces of me sprinkled all along the way no matter how hard I try to keep it pure fictional) Thanks for reading and letting me know how you feel about these characters.     I'm glad to hear that you came back to give this story another chance. Michael isn't perfect by a long-shot, LOL but he's a great character to write and have fun exploring his darker, imperfect flaws. As a writer, I love to hear that what I've written strikes a chord with readers, to not illicit emotions would just fall flat.

    So sorry for the huge delay! I was in such a rush to get these last few chapters written and posted before my classes started that I haven't had much time to get back to the reviews. Actually, I wrote Stephanie Allen both ways, 1 she tells all and 2 she is cold hearted bitch and stands by her husband for the money. It was a tough decision and the entire case really hung in the balance of what she would do/say. I'm glad you liked it I think I made the right decision, LOL

    Thanks for checking out my story. I never back away from the hard topics, since just like real life, it can be messy and painful and heartbreaking. Stories like this happen too much. I wanted readers to see that Sam would be missed and that he was loved by someone (even if he didn't know it) and that makes his life worth living. Thanks for letting me know what you think.

    Thanks for reading Les. The subject is very personal to me. I have a few transgender friends and it can be a terribly painful struggle. This story could have been ripped from today's headlines To see the views of the general public on transgender stories is awful. It's unimaginable how people are treated. Thanks for reading.

    The council is a bunch of self-righteous idiots! I'm glad Abel wiped their minds. I wouldn't trust them, either. I'm glad to see they are going to move on for the repairs/refit. I think it's a good idea ((besides might be a way for him to find that sexy blond guy ))

    This could be a serious problem if they can't trust suppliers not to be trying to sabotage the ship/crew. I hope the council steps in. Do they have to have the refit and work done at the Earth port? Are there other planets they are more friendly with that could do the work without them having to look over their should during every step?? Just wondering Another great chapter!

    Michael is a very flawed character. He’s not perfect, in fact he’s soooo far from it. Life is messy. People make mistakes and stumble along the way. If it was always happy-happy-unicorns-and-butterflies…where would the fun be in that?? Asher has a crush on a straight guy ((I know that doesn’t come as a shocker in gay circles)) LOL If crushes were easy or didn’t hurt so damn bad, I guess they wouldn’t call them… ‘CRUSH’
