    The council is a bunch of self-righteous idiots! I'm glad Abel wiped their minds. I wouldn't trust them, either. I'm glad to see they are going to move on for the repairs/refit. I think it's a good idea ((besides might be a way for him to find that sexy blond guy ))

    This could be a serious problem if they can't trust suppliers not to be trying to sabotage the ship/crew. I hope the council steps in. Do they have to have the refit and work done at the Earth port? Are there other planets they are more friendly with that could do the work without them having to look over their should during every step?? Just wondering Another great chapter!

    Michael is a very flawed character. He’s not perfect, in fact he’s soooo far from it. Life is messy. People make mistakes and stumble along the way. If it was always happy-happy-unicorns-and-butterflies…where would the fun be in that?? Asher has a crush on a straight guy ((I know that doesn’t come as a shocker in gay circles)) LOL If crushes were easy or didn’t hurt so damn bad, I guess they wouldn’t call them… ‘CRUSH’

    I totally agree with you. Asher and Michael are not in a relationship. Michael reacted badly in the park ((but his reactions may not be what everyone thinks.)) If Asher would have picked up the phone or answered Michael's text while out on a date, I would have smacked him. That would be so rude, but Michael kept calling because he didn't know Asher was out on a date. Asher is angry and hurt and he's reacting on a snap decision. Thanks for letting me know what you think

    I know what you mean, next Wed. I will be walking around thinking I've forgotten something! LOL I didn't show Michael's work in the ending but in my mind, I imagine him telling his boss to kiss his ass and quitting! There were a few things I thought about adding to the ending but didn't want it to feel like I'm trying to cram it in for the sake of putting it in. I'm glad you liked it.     I'm glad you liked it. I really liked the trip to the island and carrying out Allison's dream. I think it was nice place to stop. It would have been sweet to show the proposal and wedding but this way we know that they are married and happy and living life to the fullest.     It was a really hard decision. I thought about ending with Asher & Michael's proposal and wedding but I felt that ending with the trip to Turtle Island (knowing that they are still together and happy and married) was a better end. It also lets Paul find a new love. I'm glad you liked my story. Thanks for letting me know what you think

    I always get nervous ending a story, I tried to wrap up all the loose ends and I couldn't think of a better way to end than the guys on Turtle Island. I don't have anything started yet, but I'm super excited about starting a new project Thanks so much for reading!

    18 months later… Asher sat on the beach, wiggling his toes in the powdery-white sand, watching the sun slowly rise out of the smooth, glassy ocean. The water was calm and peaceful. The sound of the waves gently caressing the shore was only broken by the soft ruck of a pair of toucans in the palm trees above.     Sorry but we are coming to the end. This has been a roller coaster of a story. It's been so much fun writing and hanging out with these characters but it is coming to an end. I hope to wrap up all the loose ends and not leave any unanswered questions once we reach 'the end' Thanks so much for reading!!
