Five guys at a party is a potential orgy…but if they all can only go for one orgasm before they tire out, then it doesn't really have much potential as an orgy. To ensure they all get "equal opportunity" the optimum arrangement would be a circle suck-off…but after that one go, they'd all be ready to leave, having had two partners, their suckee, and their suckor. That's probably not considered promiscuous given the situation.

I selected 200+, but to be honest, I think it's not how many you have or have had, but how many you go through and how quickly…5 sexual partners/boyfriends over 20 years=devoted partner, versus, 5 sexual partners/boyfriends over 5 days=slut.

I grew up an only child with few friends in school. I've got this pandemic stay-at-home thing. Welcome to my world. 😎

You do realize that you've done two things here...1) You've gotten yourself into the Cliffies, and 2) Set yourself up to write that sequel (hopefully soon or we'll have to put pressure on @Valkyrie to induce you to write again). 😁

And you'll be able to verify this next time you're at an event where they have 'serve yourself' appetizers. People stand next to that table and keep others from approaching...that herd grazes...

When the the story status become "Premium"? I can't read the latest, now.

I posted about it on a separate thread not having seen this one. Apparently he went into UMMC around October 20-23...but I wasn't able to find out what for. He last posted to his FB page that he was going to be moved to a different room and that was all regarding his stay--except for his being pissed that he couldn't get out to vote.

Prince Duchess, who, according to his profile, hasn't been on for some time has passed. I just noticed on Adam's Facebook page that he passed away earlier this evening... I had no idea his health was so threatened.

Rest In Peace My Friend Robert, Rest In Peace
KJames commented on Myr's blog entry in Gay Authors News
I was shocked, to say the least, when I found out about it on Facebook! I friended him there, or he friended me, years ago and got likes, posts and pictures every time he went to "The Land"...I'm going to miss those, "Hey! I'm in line at .... if anyone wants to join the fun," posts. -
On 08 May 2013 - 12:44 AM hh5 said: any way in the Wizard of OZ .. Dorothy suppose to be 10yrs old we put up with Judy and played a long with the story but a ten yr old couldn't sing like Judy Aren't we glad we had Judy or would Temple have done a better job? ===== Well...Dorothy "was" whatever age she was supposed to be...THAT's the magic of Hollywood...put a 16 year old in a gingham dress and make the other players appear as though 40-ish or higher, and you've got a 10 year-old! Thankfully, Judy sang better than Shirley Temple, and Shirley wasn't signed on due to her contract and filming schedule. Shirley was the first person offered the 'lead' role, that's something that didn't happen very often with younger stars back then.

What is your favorite Hair/Eye color combination.
KJames replied to Forgottenrealms's topic in The Lounge
Hair color: Any shade from black through the browns into the blondes and past to the white blonde. Black and browns with brown, green or blue eyes, and red heads (they fall into the browns/auburns) with green or blue eyes, and anything lighter than light chestnut with blue, especially the blondes! -
Well...today wasn't the greatest of days around here. On top of the cold and drizzling rains, along with cold wind, we told my mom she's got cancer. She's had it rough since about the 29 or 30 of June when she woke up aphasic in the board and care where we had her for assisted care. She ended up in the Emergency Room at St. Joseph Hospital of Orange, where she was diagnosed with a severe undermined bed sore, and was immediately scheduled for surgery to debrade the wound. Then she had to be on an instill/vac to alternately pump antibiotics into and drain out pus from the wound, for 6 weeks, then back to the hospital for a graft once the wound closed. They transferred her to a nursing home for care. Well...the first graft didn't hold, and she was transferred back to StJH after a week or so, then it was back to the nursing home--for two days--until she spiked a fever, then it was back to the hospital, again. They had to re-do the skin graft; she was in the hospital 3 weeks this time--in trying to 'farm' her case out to nursing homes, she only had 28 days of medicare/skilled nursing left, so no one wanted to take her if it looked like there was going to be any overstay beyond that--so the hospital was 'stuck' caring for a patient (imagine that). Not to be too critical, but St.JH did a better job than any of the other places she was at. The third release from StJH was to Kindred Care, an acute care/injury care nursing hospital in Santa Ana which was the first place to do a CT Scan of her abdominal cavity. They found several masses on her liver and a large mass on her stomach--cancer. Just after the CT Scan mom told her mother, my soon-to-be-92-year-old grandma, that she was tired of all the test and didn't want any more poking or prodding tests. She also was able to refuse a feeding tube, so--in compliance with her wishes as best as we can understand them now, we changed her "Code" status to "DNR", allow comfort only, last night. She doesn't get enough blood oxygen unless she's on the cpap machine--which she hates--so I'm not expecting her to make it to the end of the month. Just yesterday I said, "Goodbye, Mom. I love you," while she slept there and while I don't want her to suffer, and our relationship wasn't 'great', I find myself not ready for any of this.

C James, You know I post "reviews" and "critiques"...infrequently--at best--sometimes only two or three times per story, especially if there's a lot of slow moving chapters or a sudden change of pace or, as usual in your case, a nasty cliff hanger ending! Shame on you for some of those. That being said, I have been enjoying Circumnavigation every time a new chapter comes out. You've planted plenty of surprises in the story...a good deal of which I don't think any of the readers had even an inkling of, myself included. Don't take silence as a lack of feedback...silence is golden. It means they have nothing bad to say about it, or that I choose not do downgrade a previous review. Besides, if I leave a critique or review, it holds until I change it--then, sometimes, I leave a review on the entire story after the finish (I do have to remember and go back to do quite a few of those now before senility and ADHD make me...Oh, Hostess Cupcakes!).

They're actually going to have something like the tricorder much faster than they think...hospitals and Dr.s offices already use a non-invasive device to measure blood Oxygen levels within 15 seconds--something that used to take a blood-gases test at least an hour to determine.

Official Summer 2012 Southern California GA GetTogether
KJames replied to Trebs's topic in The Lounge
While it might seem biased to suggest Long Beach, since I live in Signal Hill (surrounded by Long Beach), I think the hotel situation might be more affordable and available than Santa Monica (a resort city) in the summertime. Close to where I live there are 4 hotel/motels (Long Beach Airport Marriott, Holiday Inn Long Beach Airport, Extended Stay America, and Courtyard by Marriott). There is also another Marriott near downtown Long Beach, as well as the larger more expensive chains, Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton, and Renaissance, as well as a smattering of older, smaller motels near the beaches. -
A nice, calm (relatively) ending to one of your stories....hmmm....makes me think your next one is really going to be active. You have a name for it, or are you going to make a poll?
-
Did this add anything to your understanding of the story? Of Will? Did it provoke an emotional response? ===== Wow...what a tear jerker! I was dripping by the end of this from both eyes...haven't done that for a story in months.

While I was in High School, there was one guy that was so attractive I fell in love with the sight of him on the first day of my soph' year, and he still looks like he did his Senior year (I saw him a year ago and he didn't recognize me)....and the sight of him still makes my heart skip a couple of beats. I have two regrets, one: Not telling him I thought he was attractive (a big chance 'cause of the stigma in the late 70's), and two: I was in the HS Orchestra (String Bass), and one of the freshman percussion (drums) boys needed to borrow my shirt (he didn't have one) for the holiday concerts during my junior year (78-79)...I let him borrow for the first concert, but not for the second two days later...(that one is my single biggest regret)...both of these could have resulted in lifelong friendships (or not)...but regrets are for chances lost.

Tiger, Dargon, Fairy, Steve3, Bandage, Arpeggio, Benji, Mark Arbour, TetRefine, Ramon, hh5, Krista, wildone: Well! Now that I'm 48 I have started to shave my beard, daily, it takes 20 years off my image, and I can look 28 again! Yeah...at 19 he's 6'5"...there's not a lot of people that tall. And with his survival skills in 'wilderness' he is doubtfully, very strong physically--possibly enough to defend himself hand-to-hand.

Anybody else not want to look like Bruce Vilanch?

Well...it looks like the relationship finally got stale, what with raising 3 kids with a lesbian, working 9-5, M-F, for both Brad and Robbie. Especially as evidenced by the opening, both getting out of the shower after their usual 'morning recreation' which, over the last 20 years, hasn't changed much, Mark, hm? Now, to relate to your survey on the other thread, no, I don't think Robbie should be 'fooling around' with his biological son, period--it just isn't right, despite the fact that Matt & JP fooled around at the 4th of July Festival in Claremont back when he was headed out to CA. I think it's time for Robbie & Brad to get a vacation--just to themselves--so they can unwind, relax, and restore their relationsip with each other. Brad doesn't love Robbie just when his movie picks are successes, it's all the time! Robbie is losing track of what that relationship means to both of them, and has always been insecure about this type of issue. Amphion...hmm...we were, at last thought, thinking that Brian was perhaps the cause of their continued upswing in the financial backing arena--but it might not be--what if it's their former friend down in Mexico providing the cash and using Cary, and Amphion, as a front? Now, in finishing the thread and seeing that some people are suspecting Lark to be behind the 'financial' trouble, it's a possibility...another, possibly remote, could be Professor Whist's little drama queen admirer who was ousted from the running during the GSA election--or drama queen's current lover--or even Prof. Whist's current lover. One can always wonder...

Tarin, Verdana also lends itself to reading quite nicely, it's a sans serif font and quite clear.
