  1. Haven't read More Than A Crush but I'll give it a shot after this review. A beer along sounds good. I got through the first few chapters of Social Skills last year, and I remember how I liked the vulnerability the character Connor conveyed. The awkwardness he exhibited on his first meetings with Jared was painfully delicious. I was there and I saw it. I cringed and I loved it. Reminded me of myself when I was oh so young. *sigh* Good times.
  2. Thanks, Davis. You're too kind.
  3. Really enjoyed the piece. I especially liked the bits about the character-driven story and the first person view; they make for more intimate affairs. Two thumbs up!
  4. I appreciate how you tried to capture the fourteen year old mind, and how that translated into a more believable character. I also like how Kyle set Jacob afire with just two sentences. Reminds me of a simpler time when a smile was enough to fall in love. God, I miss high school. Keep on writing, podiumdavis.
  5. I joined the forum back in June of 2011. I was excited about it because I wanted a change from my last at-the-time community. It was a gaming one. If you have ever played a video game competitively, you know how cutthroat that type of environment is. Mine was pretty much a planet of insurmountable monsters who fed on victories and were allergic to sportsmanship and any sense of decency. Regardless to say, I wanted out. I was away from here for a while. The point is I'd like to be back. I started writing again these past two months—a long hiatus, so mind the rust—and the story I'm posting here is the one grabbing my attention for now. If you like it, great. If you don't like it, I understand. If you hate it, even better as that makes for an interesting and insightful opinion. Thanks for listening, even if you stopped after the first paragraph. Iron Man

I like this story. It’s so very Gossip Girl meets Cruel Intentions, which is a good thing. I am especially enjoying the cheeky dialogue and narration. I’ll be looking out for this one.
  7. I am rewriting and remodeling the story. Changing point of view, setting, amongst other elements. I will be inactive for a while. Long days and pleasant nights. ^^
  8. “I have a juicy dream for her tonight though.” and See slapped his hands away from where Uh was gently stroking it. really made me Lol in real life. A fun read, Cia. I am starting your Bonds Unbroken later tonight. It will be my first fantasy read of this site.

    Dare

Lighthearted and fun, the story brought me back to my childhood. We used to play truth or dare all the time. Loved the ending. ^^
