as always, a great, thought provoking read, Palantir. we all like to be special, though will be interesting to see if Kieran's abilities are eventually tied to his orientation! the support of the assumable straight friends in their group is as it should be, but still great to read.
-
thank you for sharing Geron, it is interest that our differences demonstrate how much alike we are, if we can only be brave enough to accept those differences. your tales are always special. thank you, dave

for those of us who don't grow up in [insert you geographically appropriate large city] the experience of moving to the city will forever shape your experiences. though for the majority, the over riding source of comfort is being with those we love and who support us [geographical location irrelevant]. Thanks Geron, always look forward to and enjoy your prose dave

thanks for (what feels like) a well thought out story line and characters in cultural context. i enjoy the differences and interactions - wish more on this rock would accept we are basically the same with cosmetic (though interesting!) differences!

ugh, duty should never include going against your morals.....

hey juju, i has taken me a bit of time to get through your writing - thank you for sharing! for the other 138 viewers (as of 1 jan 2019) without a single comment, why you can't comment or thank juju for sharing their world with you?? i am not a creative person, but greatly appreciate those who are. please show your appreciation and respect for those who weave and share stories of life the rest of us cannot imagine. those who post their worlds on gayauthors.org rarely receive any thing more than our comments and appreciation. please keep in mind those who can do and should be acknowledged. those who can't, criticize (and should shut their traps/keyboards). thanks,

unfortunately not too hard to believe - straights call it pussy whipped, but many people over look the short comings of their partners

The Heart of the Serendian Desert
NoSkis commented on JujuTheDruid's story chapter in The Heart of the Serendian Desert
yeah, Yinx is lying by omission - never a good thing. hope they can work it out and WTF-one comment before this one!? come on folks, show JuJu some love! -
great - trilogy? - now. and was great to read about the silliness of marriage, though i guess all religions/superstitions are weird if you dont follow them!

always enjoy your stories - this chapter is great as it explores area's science - your typical subjects - has yet to verify. Very enjoyable - thanks for posting and looking forward to more!

Hi Rigby, thank you for continuing to share your writing - thrilled to see some of what I suspect is your newer work. i have very little to add to the above (though agree with most of those comments). I am, though, curious if you are self censoring some. When Antony was considering death the thought was discarded in a single sentence, albeit over hours for Antony. It does fit in well with the story being short though seems to be a very different approach to the subject for you. thanks for your generosity

how nice to see that the Prince and Prince Consort allowed us into more of their lives. Thank you for documenting and sharing 🙂

thanks for the gift of a new chapter :-)I appreciate how you weave the story, not just tell it. that creative process takes time and effort-I am grateful you continue to share. and for those who wish chapters come faster, with all due respect, write and post - for free! - your story at the frequency you want authors to post.this is a phenomenal resource both for authors and readers, though until readers regularly post their own well crafted tales, please respect those that do and stop complaining aboutfrequency postings not meeting your frequency expectations. instead, support the authors you enjoy with your appreciation and feedback, not blanket complaints. thanks and carry on!

Thanks 'bug, Glad to see you brought back the limited circumstances around the trauma - I suspect it will have more impact further down the line

Not only this story, your others too-anyone that has not clicked on your name at the top of each chapter and explored your other story lines is depriving themselves Just saying your writing and plot development is great. That it includes gay/same sex relationships gives us hope. Thank you

Hey Ace, Whatcha got, a time machine? Can't think of any other way ýou can write and post such high quality chapters - sometimes in different story lines - multiple times a week. But thank you! Just hope there was no soul selling involved!
-
that's funny, it was the comment about brandon's long hair that made me initially wonder about the possibility time passing at different rates ;-) glad you enjoy those two guys enough to want to keep writing about their adventures. looking forward to starting book 4 :-)

what!? the end of an epic trilogy and no comments!???? such a disappointment in the other readers. what a great string of stories, tied all together nicely. was kind of hoping to hear if time moved differently on earth than charion based on the time that the couple was missing from earth, but really a small detail that ultimately is not important. very much enjoy all of it!

hey ace, thanks for the great chapter. i find Ryders willingness to deal with public for the good of the family (of which he is slowly realizing he is an integral part of) enjoyable. a bit sad that oli had to give up the drums to sing, but i can't tap my foot in rhythm, so certainly not the person to discuss musical abilities! thanks for continuing to tell this stor!

hi Cassie, i am finally getting into stories that others are reading too - but so glad i started with page two ;-) lots of what others say i agree with - and that i tend to have a weakness for long haired guys that are skinny to muscular - means i am looking forward to the next chapters. however, you did hit on (another, lol) pet peeve of mine: sexual preference. argh!! preference is a choice or decision, but (sexual) orientation is who we are in the same way that once we remove colored contacts and chemicals, our eye and hair color is what it is. preferences (colored contacts, dyed hair) are temporary choices. a sexual orientation is, for most people, built in. go ask most straight (especially long term) couples if they preferred the gender of the partner or was it not even a discussion point/option - that is an orientation, not a decision point. looking forward to seeing where this goes - and it does seem to go for more than a few chapters ;-)

so many conflicting emotions with your story. i find it powerful - and so sad that a boy from texas is willing to risk life and limb to survive. and the opposing emotion is that he was doing everything that it was in his power to do, despite the youthful ignorance (call your damn aunt and uncle, dont just show up). it is concerning that there could be many gay youth (and not only male) that are ostracized from their communities that meet an early demise. such a tremendous waste of human capital because of sexual orientation - basically less than 5% of our lives. I enjoy your stories, CassieQ, and am working my way through your oldest to current (as of March 2018), but damn, this one is a sad, sad reminder of the world we inhabit. But no matter what my response is to your story is, thank you for sharing! My opinion is mine and no one should take my comments as anything more than just a single (insignificant) data point that probably can be safely ignored as my perspective does not represent the majority ;-)

Chapter Seventeen: Leia Again
NoSkis commented on CassieQ's story chapter in Chapter Seventeen: Leia Again
have to admit i find it odd to comment on a story - and even more so a trilogy - that has been complete for years. i just have to be patient and read to the end to find out what happens. but in the same regard, i hold creators in the highest esteem and do want them to know they are appreciated, even though there current creations may be in a different vein than their previous creations that i am commenting on. thank you! -
Chapter Seventeen: Leia Again
NoSkis commented on CassieQ's story chapter in Chapter Seventeen: Leia Again
so looks as if i am really late to this party - but so glad i stumbled upon it! While i tend more toward sci-fi, i can enjoy fantasy, though the characters are younger than i can usually relate to - and it is not their fault in any way ;-). two and three are in my plans, though i found five words in this chapter that might point to a change in how the remainder play out: "You okay?" Brandon asked breathlessly. outside of possibly leia, and that is debatable, this (and ok, the last) chapter seem to be the first time that brandon puts some one else - and importantly jordan his partner and bf - before himself. the speed at which it seems the other three acknowledge brandon's growth into his powers is occurring seems to imply that bj (brandon/jordan) will become a powerful team. every once in a while i run into an author and troll into their old postings here - seems as if you emerged here as a fully formed author ;-) thanks for sharing all of your worlds - looking forward to exploring! -
wow.... each chapter so complex, dense and enjoyable to read. thanks for continuing to share this world with us!
