I completely agree in the circumstance you depicted. If Instinct is being billed for food & lodging for the roadies and their is in fact no such expense, that is fraud plain and simple. I laughed out loud when I read that one! I enjoyed that one as well when I saw it. It struck me as incongruous at that point in the story but it was too funny not to include.
