  2. Congratulations Wayne! Sorry I've been away and hadn't realized you had been bumped upstairs to Hosted. I'm really glad your talents and hard work have been publicly recognized. You deserve the recognition from just the help you give me, but I know you help countless others as well. From all of us, thank you and congratulations!

  4. Or as Bobby Kennedy said, "There are those that look at things the way they are, and ask why? I dream of things that never were, and ask why not?"

  7. I started a story a few months ago and have since forgotten the name of the story and where I found it. The story began on a fancy submarine owned by a scientist who is quite rich. The only family he knows of is a son who lives with him on the sub. Both the father and son are highly intelligent. The story begins with father and son finding three long lost magical relics at the bottom of the ocean. The relics had been hidden there to keep magic out of the world. The boy may have lived before as a prince in the time of Merlin and magic, and as the story develops, it adds two new characters, both young boys the same age, with same birth date as the son of the scientist. I know more details, but is this enough to help someone remind me the name of the story and where it can be found?

If you can see the little round bare spot to the left of High Rock, that's the city I named Pine Hills in the story, Trials and Tribulations. There a picture in the scene album from Main Street in Pine Hills of High Rock in the distance. Now everyone has a view from both sites.

  11. I'm looking for someone that's good at photoshop. I need a person erased from the photo. Can anyone lend a little helping hand?
  12. I was just wondering if it's unethical or immoral or some other wrong for a beta reader or editor to like or leave a review on a story they are working on. What's your opinion? It's never too late to be what you might of been.
  13. Thank you Benji! As always, you leave thoughtful and kind remarks
  14. Hiya Lisa, Fathers are a little different than mothers. It makes a father proud to see their son act in the manner Andy did, even though he did want to go in and be with him, he respected Andy for his strength and didn't want to feel less of the man Andy is becoming. You're right, there's no way Andy and Joey could have hidden their relationship from someone living in the home. I think Andy know that from the beginning with his dad and his aunt and uncle. Heck, Roger knew it before they said anything to him about it. Like you, I hope the change in JT is for real and long lasting. It's hard to tell with teenagers. I agree that it will be hard to keep Andy's and Joey's relationship quiet during a state-wide election, but it's not impossible. Cool joke There are a lot of Miss Nancy out there... somewhere Thank you for another terrific review. With the reviews from everyone, it makes writing more enjoyable than it already is. So, Thank you.
  15. Hiya Benji! Thank you for another awesome review. I'm sure Detective Jones with or without a little help will find the truth. As for the judge and his possible run for a state-wide office. he hasn't decided yet. He hasn't even spoke to JT and Cody about the possible spot light being shined on them and if they are still okay with staying with him and Andy. You right, and race like this will bring in the family. It always does. Again, thank you!!!
  16. All right, it's ready and out. I've posted chapter 25 for your viewing pleasure. I could have made this chapter into two chapters and doubled up on likes and reviews, but I thought you guys deserved a longer chapter to read. I hope the longer chapter is well liked. I just know that all of you have been really good to me and I wanted to give back. Anyway, I hope everyone has an awesome week! It's never too late to be what you might of been.
  17. A calm before the storm... mmm... that may be well put Thank you Stephen for leaving your thoughts, They are always welcomed.
  18. Thank you! I agree, it's going to get interesting Again, thank you for your review, it means a lot!
  19. Thank you Ian. The story is still building, even at this point. Several things still has to take place before most of the unanswered questions are answered and this part of the characters' lives come to a close. Hopefully, by the conclusion, most of the plot lines will be tied up in a nice pretty bow. I say most, because something must be left for you to want to read about the next part of the their lives. Again, thank you very much for leaving your thoughts!
  20. Thank you! I could have made this chapter two chapters and maybe doubled my likes and reviews, but I felt those of that have been reading this story from the beginning deserved a good long chapter. I can only say that no matter what happens, I hope no one gets hurt.
  21. Chapter 25 Contemplations Miss Nancy had just finished cleaning up after dinner when Judy and Mr. Reed entered the kitchen where she was putting away the last of the dishes. “What can I do for you two?” She hadn't known Judy but for a few hours and already she liked her. Her instincts told her there was more than a professional relationship budding between Judy and the judge. And the way she interacted with the boys, made her believe that in no time this would be a big happy family and not j
  22. This Billy has been called that and worse I look forward to the new book.
  23. I've read Book 1 on another site, Saber Peak Ranch, and fell in love with it. Even when I was in Florida on vacation last year, I couldn't stop reading it. Book 2 is just as a compelling read as Book 1. I really hope that Book 2 is completed now and will be posted here. I was really disappointed when he stopped posting on the other site, for whatever reasons. I strongly recommend this story.
  24. You're very welcome. And thank you for leaving you kind comments,
  25. I'm always changing the subject, why ask?
