Love the imagery and your description of the bridge over the "river of life". We all need to live with that. Never live life halfway. Live life to it's fullest. Keith's heart has to be breaking because he has to leave Eliot. I hope Eliot wake up realizing what he has and is there waiting when Keith returns. I keep saying this, but his story and your writing is getting better and better.

Wow, I didn't expect another emotion filled chapter. Have to say here. Jasper is a great person, and I can understand Eliot's feelings, but I'm glad Jasper had a chance to show Eliot what he was doing by holding on and not letting go. Your writing has improved to much Keith.

You never know when the one you love more than anything in the world is going to be taken from you. You take them for granted, and then all of a sudden they are gone. Now, Eliot was having feeings for Keith, scared of them, and before they can talk it out, Eliot has his accident. So sad. Great chapter btw.

Instead of short and sweet, that was short and sad. Is Jasper a lost love? Can't wait to read more.

"sniffs" So much sadness packed into one chapter. I feel so much for Hubert's family. He had a wife and baby depending on him. All the circumstances surrounding this are so somber. Keith is going to be himself up for a long time. Sometimes it takes something drastic to get someone's attention, and I definitely think this has gotten Keith's attention. Justina seems like a great friend. Blaming himself will not help Keith at the moment. He just need to be there for Eliot.

I felt a lot of different emotions in this. You are a great writer when it comes to the emotions and inner being of your characters. Softly sad and beautiful.

Damn girl! You've got that sex scene writing down to perfection I absolutely loved this chapter. Dan is a godsend.

I saw where you said you hoped your next would be even better. Well, it doesn't get much better than this! This is a wonderful story Cole, and you've shown us that you are quite the storyteller. It's been a wonderful journey with you letting the boys find themselves, each other, and last and most important, love. I'm a sap for love stories. I fought tears several times throughout your story, and finally had to cry in the last chapter. Not only for Chuck's loss of Nana, but for the end of this beautiful tale you gave us. I'll be looking forward to next summer, and hold you to your words of a sequel If you ever see my reviews on many, many, many stories, you don't see this last little fellow very much, but I can leave him here for you because you are very deserving of it. Porcupines was your first attempt, and you nailed it.

Perfect make up.. The Kellys enjoyed being the distraction, I'm sure Life has a way of throwing us curves, even in the best of relationships. Sometimes you have to step back and take a breather, and let each other regroup not only their thoughts, but what's inside their heart. Wonderful chapter!

I always wondered where you got the title to the story, and it fits perfectly. Ron was quite the piece of crap wasn't he, and messed Dylan up in a pretty huge way. Raleigh and Isaac are pretty perceptive about the two Kellys. LOL. Can't wait to see how you fix this

I never have an inkling of what I'm going to read when I read more of your life's endeavors. From foreign films, to spying on an adulterous wife, to plastic waste. Is there no end to your knowledge. How big or how little, in some way, it's always profitable. So glad you did recoup the 100,000 dollars. Had to be a balm to the financial wounds you had endured. So happy to see another chapter. So much enjoyment in your words of adventures in your life.

I can't believe Keith was still leaving after Erasmo's conversation. I don't know who to feel bad for now. I'm just glad that Keith has Albert in his lift at this point.

I hate when people jump to conclusions, and then others follow suit, just because they are friends. Poor Eliot was caught in a bad situation, but at least he hadn't been to a bar hitting on another guy. It's weird how some justify their own actions, and make another's look wrong. Hate to say it, but Keith deserved to be sick
