The Art of Science Knowledge-based board game similiar to Trivial Pursuit, except it doesn't have the boring sports & leisure, history, geography, entertainment and arts and literature questions. This is a big rager where I work. We do waffle nights and play this while drinking Port wine. Dixit Really cute board game where everyone is a storyteller. Everyone has a hand of beautifully drawn playing cards and each turn a player (or storyteller) uses a word, phrase or story to describe that card, while placing their chosen card face down. Everyone else then choses one of their cards that also describes the storytellers card. The cards are shuffled around and one by one they're turned up. The players now have to guess which card is the storytellers card. If noone is able to guess the storytellers card, all the players gets two points (while the storyteller gets none), if everyone are able to guess the storytellers card they each get two points as well, while the storyteller gets none. So you have to find a balance between being not too specific and not too vague. Small World In Small World, players try to control an island that's too small to be controlled by all players. The players "battle" against eachother and land is lost and won after each turn. The players get to be able to chose from different races to controll each "cycle". Each race has a special ability. But each race has also a randomly chosen trait that is assigned to them. This creates a huge amount of different combinations that makes each playthrough unique. Ticket To Ride Probably the easiest board game out there. The rules are simple. You draw cards that tells you between which cities you should try to connect rails. This is my go-to game when trying to break-in friends to get them to play board games with me. Zombicide This is one of the most fun collaborative board games out there. Each player controlls one or two characters on the board, survivors, each with a special ability. The zombies move around very predictably on the board. The way the game's equation work is: You = 1, zombies = many. Bullets = not enough.

For JJ, I would think of him as Jack Gleeson (who plays Joffrey Baratheon in Game of Thrones). I don't know if it's just the two characters that are so similar... but each time JJ has a small tantrum, I always imagine it's Joffrey...

Is The Amazing Race a reality show? Or Top Chef? Oh, what about documentaries? They're pretty close to reality.... often.... I think that's as close as I come to reality shows...

Haha. Thanks. Stockholm is a very charming city, if you ever come visit, show up in the summer and I'll gladly show you around. I highly recommend week 28 and week 29 when the rich brats are gone partying. I toured the town with a couchsurfer during winter (4 hours in -20 degrees, heavy snowfall), not my opinion of a nice time. Reminds me why half the population (gross exaggeration) choses to migrate to Thailand during these months.

I'm done! I've finally caught up and finished reading the latest chapter of Paternity. I've been marathoning through CAP since the middle of october, it's been well worth it. It's really weird, I had a very hard time connecting with the characters on a personal level until I read Paternity. Will's initial problems with his parents reminded me a lot about my childhood and all the venom and toxic arguments that I had with my own parents. Wade reminds me of myself. His overanalytical mind, the way he thinks several steps ahead. I really laughed when he joked about OCD being called CDO, since that's something I've always thought. Now I have to wait for the next chapter. Just like the rest of us.

But think of all the bragging rights you'd have as a country! "You have the tallest manmade building? Psst! We have a Deathstar!"

I wonder if the GA mods have some kind of word filter that sets off when someone writes 'politics' or 'DC' or 'government'. I half-watched the show during season 1 (translation: had it as background noise while doing other things), but there was something with the storylines that made the story very uncompelling... Just seemed like a bunch of dysfunctional people solving crime.

I love Jack Daniels, I love Scotch. For beer, I've only accepted the taste of white beers. For snaps I like adding flaeder to it. I drink white wine with food.

I do geocaching on occasion. But I haven't done that for a while... Otherwise I usually just end up reading books or reading GA. Or play video games.

While I think that no other character is better than Wonder Woman, and I've read more DC Comics than Marvel. I would have to go with Marvel. Their multiverse is just a lot more interesting and they have a lot more memorable moments. Spoiler tag includes many of my favorite panels.

The first gay bar I went to was named Torget which is in the Old Town. I was there with my first boyfriend. I was so nervous, I had no idea how it would be like. So the first thing that hits you when you enter is this heavy satin curtain veil that you walk through. Right away, the first thing you notice is how eyes are focused on the new guests. Some to just have a quick glance, but then there are some guys that check you out longer, and you feel their gaze on you. It's really uncomfortable. Especially for being Stockholm (where strangers try to avoid eye contact if possible). After that, I ordered tea, my then boyfriend ordered coffee. And it was mostly like a regular bar. Except none of us were old enough to order alcohol. I guess this place was more like a hangout place that you go with friends. I've been there several times, you don't stray away from your group, and you don't talk to strangers. The bartender flirts with me every time though. Not sure if that's to get more tips. Probably is... The first club I went to was with a friend. We went to this bar named Side Track. It's mostly frequented by men in their 30s up to 60s. It's this basement area, tt's practically a narrow hallway remodeled with an alcove for the bar, and there's not a lot of places to sit, not a lot of space to move around. People talk to you while you wait for the bartender. The bar is usually swamped with people trying to order. As the bar was located in the middle of this narrow corridor, there wasn't a lot of places to stand if you wanted to order, so you'd have to squeeze through to the bartender and as you stood there waiting for attention, people would brush by me, and their hands would go on my shoulders, back and then lower... . It's humid and sweaty. I heard later from my friend that this was where all the leather parties and the underwear parties were held. Perfect location. I don't think I've felt so many eyes on me at the same time. The whole experience was weird and awkward. My friend though, just absorbed it all in. I guess he likes to be in the spotlight... I haven't been to any real clubs with a lot of loud and obnoxious dance music. I went to this place called Metro in Barcelona. Some old guy took off his shirt and started dancing up close to me and my friend. Was really weird. Really, really, really weird. But Stockholm is very open-minded, you can go to a regular bars and clubs and show affection and people won't even bat an eye on you. Was at this irish pub in central stockholm with my boyfriend and held his hand and kissed him, and noone could even have cared less. Just to the OP: Don't go to gay bars to look for a hook-up, you'll have be miserable. Just go there to have fun, and take the night as it goes. If you meet someone, you meet someone. If you don't, you don't. If it looks like you're having a good time, you'll just look 100x more attractive.

Depends on the brand and how much salary they give the employees. H&M I avoid because of their salary issues (well, I avoid them mostly because none of their clothes fit and if I ever bought something I'd have to pay extra for tailoring).

Bruce Springsteen - It's been a while since Mr. Springsteen had a new good track. The boss is back. The xx - Probably -the- song that I've listened to the most during the whole fall/winter period. Grizzly Bear - Sun in your eyes Klabbes Bank - (I really wanted to link to a song named Protect the Forest, but it didn't exist on youtube! (yet!) The songs are 100% instrumental, but their music is really infecteously happy and joyous) Jessie Ware - There's something about England and their soul export. Last year it was James Blake that made his debut, but this year Jessie Ware really made a breakthrough with her whole album Devotion. Rumer - The soft, smooth and timeless voice of Rumer takes you back to another era. Her music reminds me of Eva Cassidy and Carole King. Her album Boys Don't Cry was one of the best made in 2012. Of Monsters and Men - A really good debut album from a new icelandic group. Of Monster and Men's Little Talks is joyeous and happy. I'm a sucker with any group that has a permanent trumpeter in the group. The accordianist is pretty cute as well.

I wish I could say that I'm not a brand person. But I am. The clothing brands are mostly because they carry my size (although I have to go to the tailor for my scotch&soda shirts). I have an awkward and lithe body.

Well, I never really make new years resolution. But I'll make two this year. - Finish video games before buying new ones (I have a computer filled with unfinished computer games and a shelf full of unfinished video games, my resolution is to finish them before I buy new games (except Ni no Kuni and Sim City which I already pre-ordered. ). This will bring us to the next new years resolution... - Save money. I need to save money for an apartment when I get my Ph D...
