YES ! Clinton bought the bike, I knew he would. And I'm sure he wanted to give it to his boyfriend, but realized that Corey would never accept such a gift (as shown by his immediate reaction). I think Clinton did a very good job of coming up with plausible reasons as to why he bought it, and hopefully at some point Corey's pride will let him be grateful that Clinton loves him this much. Because the real gift is not about money but the fact that Clinton wants Corey to be happy and knew that losing his bike was a hard blow and made an effort to help. Hope Clinton's parents don't give him a hard time - but I can just imagine him having to chose between 'I bought it for my boyfriend and it's just stored here until I can get him to accept the gift' and 'I really want to go bike riding, it seems like fun even if it's scary'. Thank for updating the story and Happy New Year.

I hate to have to tell you guys, but even in Scandinavia which contain some of the most gay friendly countries in the world we have hate crimes against gays, and it's not always easy to come out. And the Faroe Islands are part of Denmark, and it's embarrassing to have to admit that most of the people there are religious bigots who for a long time refused to make a law against sexually related discrimination and they still have gay bashings (so most of their gay men escape to Copenhagen). So I admire people who are out and proud, it's takes a lot of courage. And I certainly don't blame anyone for keeping it private or being in the closet. Scotty hope you don't mind me using this thread to pay homage to the GLBT crowd, whether you are out or not. And thanks for the thread, the posts are interesting, so I hope more people will contribute.

Congratulations on a much better ending, huge improvement and a lot more fulfilling both with the fun interaction and the romantic stuff. And nicely tied in with the title as well.

Ross seduced him and left him ! I didn't believe my own eyes the first time I read this chapter, and I'm still utterly pissed the third time around. They had awesome sex and even trusted each other enough to bareback, and then Ross leaves without an explanatin - not even a note (unless Mark overlooked it somehow). Bastard.
-
Hot demanding kissing again - but at least it's mutual this time, and Mark is doing his best to hold back. But we all know he'll give in soon.
-
So Ross has more or less stated his intentions, insisting that this is a date and talking about how to be in a relationship. But the last declaration is still over the top and I wouldn't blame Mark for becoming contrary, even if he is attracted.
-
And the plot thickens: apologies, erotic dreams with consequences, and a tete-a-tete on the slopes ending with a hug and a kiss. Slowly but surely we're getting there.
-
'Who are you, my boyfriend?' Oh that sarcastic remark was the best part of an awesome chapter. And Ross really is a bastard, taking advantage of Mark's drunken condition. No wonder Mark is pissed - in more than one way. But I guess Ross thinks that Mark is stringing him along, when he is just being clueless.
-
Slow progress is fun. They snuggle (even if unintentionally) and tease, and Ross offers to take Mark skiing. And he is still oblivious, so cute.
-
He flashed his boss wothout realizing - that was completely hilarious. And he still doesn't get it.
-
One of the funniest chapters of the whole story - but also an indication of how Mark can stand up to Ross and his dominating ways.
-
OK, so I'm on my third or fourth read and this time I will try to comment as I go along. But it's hard to do cause your stories just suck in your readers and we eagerly rush to the next chapter to see what will happen. Anyway, I totally agree with Mark, team building days / weeks suck. And I liked the fact that Joey the nerd was actually good looking so his drooling after Janice was not so pathetic. Intro chapters are always difficult but this one was great.

Liked your comment at the end ('Why hello Jay'), very subtle but we all know that Tom won't let him get away with it. Hope he uses his clever mind this time rather than just beat Jay up - and I'm not sure he should tell Kit, cause I have the feeling he'll go all caveman protective and get in trouble. On the other hand I like it when Kit does that. The Facebook scene was fun. (edited to remove the question since it's been fixed)
-
Oh man that was one hot morning wake up session. And Kit is certainly just like his father !

This is my second time reading this story and it's both heartbreaking and chilling in all is harsh simplicity. The only thing I found hard to believe is that idea that the nurse does not know Rick's story or full name. He must have been admitted to that place somehow and his stay paid for. But maybe his parents demanded strict confidentiality.
-
Ohh, the dreaded 'meet the parents' dinner ! But once again the maturity and calm of Davis win the day. But the whole 'boyfriend' lead up was also funny and tender - as was the romantic date at the hotel. With the hot sex added we cannot ask for more. The other half with the insecurity of Davis and another huge dollop of misunderstandings was heartbreaking in all its realism. And once again it's a woman to the rescue - this time Luis' mother, in yet another hilarious scene. But it got Luis thinking and he made the right choice in talking to Davis - and being the first to admit to love. Thank you again for this great story - I wish you would write more stories.
-
Don't know how I missed out on the fact that there are two more chapters. I loved the scene with Luis trying to cook breakfast and wake Davis up. And the whole thing with Luis' friends was awesome. And the story is still totally funny and romantic at the same time.
-
Same here, but I didn't mind, this story is great. And what is that old adage: after the famine, a feast. Three chapters in less than a week, you are really spoiling us, and I'm sure everybody will forgive you for the long wait. Especially with such hot content ! I'm hoping you'll keep them coming for a long while yet.

Hmm I wonder if kissing and other openly affectionate acts from our loverboys will cause a flood of coming out and same sex relationships to appear in the school. And if so I wonder how the staff and Jeremy will feel about it. Somehow I think all of them will blame Luke and maybe bigoted rules will come into play. That should be interesting...

Chapter Four: For What It's Worth
Timothy M. commented on Thorn Wilde's story chapter in Chapter Four: For What It's Worth
I kept expecting Zoe and Dave would talk about Dave's cousin - Jason isn't it ? I think they would be great for each other, so how come they have lost touch ? Maybe they'll meet up again at Craig's trial. Oh and I hope Dave had a careful wash before he went to sleep, because blow jobs after barebacking is too nasty to contemplate. -
This is my first encounter with Kurt and his world, but I'm looking forward to more. Nice long and intense first chapter and it will be interesting to see the two guys interact - or try to :-) Maybe they can teach each other how to behave in either world, assuming that they don't fight so much they end up getting thrown out of the pack.
-
I think Luke is catching on to the fact that there is a huge difference between being in lust and being in love. (I have more to say on this matter but I'll stick it on the discussion forum.)
-
This is funny and sexy and adorable and altogether amazing. I'd love to hear more about these two great guys. Talk about larger than life love story - even if I wanted to hit them around the head for not getting their act together sooner. Took a girl to do it, honestly !

Chapter One: Too Many Friends
Timothy M. commented on Thorn Wilde's story chapter in Chapter One: Too Many Friends
Nice to be back with the Nemesis crowd, hope you'll let us follow not just Nick and Dave, but also Matt and Alan. And this time I promise to stay with the story no matter how nasty you are to the poor guys. Cause unless you change the epilogue to Nemesis, there is always hope :-) -
I think people are giving Noah the wrong advice and he is also being stupid. If he knows where Scott lives, why doesn't he at least send him a letter, saying that he and Zach miss their husband/father and want him to come back. By not contacting Scott Noah is contributing to the idea that him having left it is a good thing. Scott may be a drama queen, but Noah is a wet noodle. I can understand that he does not want to confront Scott, but not even contacting him is ridiculous. No matter how bad he has behaved, I still think, they should try to help Scott rather than leave him alone. But I hope Noah will be happy with Mike instead, if Scott ends up jumping off a bridge when everyone continue to be pissed off and just ignore him.
