  1. “You don’t much sound like you’re close with your parents, not from what you’ve said.” Oli agreed with his ears. “But at least you knew them. I was one of those proverbial kids that get left on the steps of hospitals. I had a foster family until I was five, but once I started school I got moved to a children’s home. There were two or three of those as I got moved around the country, social services trying to find me my ‘forever home’,” Boris laughed softly, “I’ve always been a stray.” “Things a

    Chapter 23

I don't think that Luke's mom really means what she says, or meant to say it, it's just one of those things that slips out in the two seconds before your brain stops to think about the impact of what you're about to say. Thanks for the nice review.

thank you Gary. Sometimes we get the right people around us for support, sometimes we don't.
  8. Each morning when I wake, it is a fresh shock. Like being smacked in the face upon returning to consciousness, because there are a few blissful seconds before I remember. I think of Erin, of his lips or the sound of his heartbeat, or I miss being with him in the early mornings. And then like a sledgehammer to the skull I remember the scent of blood and hospitals, the grittiness under my skin I can’t seem to shift. My brother is dead. My brother, Greg McBride who joined the army and lived to tel

  11. I think you're right about Kieran not knowing why he feels shite. and yes, he screwed that over really well. No he must redeem himself, and redemption's a bitch.
  12. I'm with Zombie - anything posted online is publishing, for all intents and purposes, twitter is publishing just as much as Barnes and Noble. As for 'fair use' policies, stick to less than 10% of any original material and you shouldn't go too far wrong. Copyright laws state that a student can photocopy up to 10% of a text book etc without it being illegal, so i'm going to sort of go with that.
  13. agreed. Though I don't see any kind of wooing working with Robin any time soon, do you?
  14. thank you very much. I hope to keep you intrigued.
  15. Evening y'all, I am delighted to announce that I have/about to have, a second short story published exclusively by House of Erotica. The story is Limelight and Gin: Ruby Rose is the hottest jazz singer in town, and Eugene loves working for her as a backing dancer. He likes the limelight, the bootleg gin, and he's slightly jealous that it's only the girls who get to wear sparkly outfits on stage. The thing Eugene likes most about Ruby, is that she will keep his secret, and doesn't gossip. Unless, of course, gossiping will enable Eugene to finally get a date. The anthology Flappers, Jazz and Valentino is edited by Jilliant Boyd and contains a wealth of stories of all pairings, sexualities and degrees of hotness. House of Erotica are, of course, an erotica publishing specialist so please don't follow the link if such things are age restricted in your country (I'm not going to stop you, but dude, be sensible). The anthology comes out in e-book formats August 8th, published by House of Erotica books. I have included a list of the entries, in anthology order, for your titillation. You get a lot of words for £4.99. The Dance Partner - Lola White Aboard the Aquitania - Brent Archer The Sin in Syncopation – Blacksilk Life’s A Chocolate Cabaret – V.C. 16. All animals are cute from the other side of a fence right? Someone tried to tell me that "oh well ,sheep are not as evil as rams right?" to which i needed to respond "And when was the last time you tried to wrestle one?" Also, don't trust animals that smile all the time. Crocs and dolphins - something's up with those guys...
