(Carlos rubs hands together and cackles) Consider me GA's version of the corner pusher, my goal is to get readers hooked so they read all my stuff. FYI - This is my only story with a limit on word count. It was an experiment to test my writing skills and try to improve in certain areas.

Let's hope it's not too severe a whooping, I kinda like having someone to kick on a regular basis. He's one of the few disagreeable characters I've kept around for an entire book. He'll be there at the end. Or close to it.

Any artist, If I can be presumptuous and call myself that, will worry about how their work's received. I'm not blind to my series' popularity, but after almost two years of posting spinoffs, there was some worry readers might not be ready for a full dose of him and Owen. For the record, "I" sont have 4 pages of comments. "WE" do. This is a collaborative effort, and as someone recently mentioned, the comments are often as good reading as the chapter itself.

True Confessions Lucy was named after Lucille Ball. I knew she and Ritchi would be a couple and I wanted the opportunity of writing two dialogue lines: "LUCY! I', home..." "Oh, Ritchie..." Still waiting for the right spot.

Ozzie send CJ out to spar with marines knowin what that does to the libido. The Aussie's a bloody schemer! I find it fascinating how a new character, and a secondary one at that, captures readers' attention and love. Margaret Cox is so different from my usual rambunctious crowd and yet she becomes an instant fan favorite. Go figure.

I didn't use a couple of tidbits that could have given it a few more dozen works but my goal was to go for the cheap chuckles. Unfortunately, 3 of the protagonists haven't seen it yet, so I may be out on my butt when they do.
