  1. We're going to have to wait a couple of years (story time) for that one. I'll be sending them to new places soon but Spain may not happen until 2024 or so. Yes, I have outlines way beyond the four Georgetown books.
  2. Hey, Dan! I post chapters overnight on Fridays. As long as there's a book in process, you can wake up to a new one waiting for you. There's one upcoming chapter where CJ travels without Ozzie but otherwise, you can expect to see the two of them to share the page a heck of a lot more than in the past. I mean, what with being engaged and all.
  3. I will try not to aggravate your condition, Tony. Nothing to be concerned with at this point, there's a heck of a lot more chapters on the way.
  4. @pvtguy 25? What did I due to deserve life sentence? How about we take it one book at a time. There are a couple more chapters left in this book and this morning I sent the first chapter of the next one to the editor. I'm doing some massive cleanup on that book but I'm hoping the process will be quick and the hiatus between Georgetown installments won't be too long.
  5. My knowledge of human anatomy comes from countless hours playing Operation! And watching porn...
  6. Let's see... two good-looking, fit, wealthy men in their early 20s who split their time between Miami, Washington, and New York with regular trips to Australia and assorted other trips here and there. Did you say jet-setters? Why, Parker, the idea never crossed my mind. If that's the impression I've created it's been purely by accident. LOL There'll be more traveling in the future to both exotic and mundane locations. Wait until they hit La La Land! Anyway, the lifestyle of the rich and famous can sometimes derail people and we can only hope that doesn't happen here. Enjoy these good times while they last.
  7. Thanks! Boston was tough, haven't been there in ages. Isn't it amazing how well kids turn out when they have the love and support of their parents? Wherever CJ and Owen end up in the future, their success will always be grounded in their relationships with their parents.
  8. Yep, Aussies came through. I didn't see you at the party Ozzie organized to celebrate. Did you have previous plans?
  9. We may want to feed CJ beans before we hit the casinos! Funny thing is I have him gambling his fortune away in one of those places in two chapters! Yeah, part of the appeal, and something I've wanted to showcase all along, is CJ's ability to make the most out of any situation.
  10. @dughlas @Kitt is correct. Inside left forearm. I've already written and described what goes on the biceps above but y'all will have to wait a bit for it.
  11. Future plans for CJ's career: But the man has the Clintons and the Obamas in his camp and is now roping in the Kennedys. Not bad if you ask me. I sometimes wish he was real, and I could sign up to work on whatever he decides to do after college! Thanks, AR. If my story makes your Friday, your comments play a similar role for me.
  12. I thought after the last two chapters and the emotions involved, we needed a rest and a chance to advance the story in a more relaxed manner. I better get an invitation what with all that Liston wine flowing. Let's keep the wine list and open bar quiet, if @Defiance19finds out we're in trouble.
  13. Thanks, Chris! I try not to do info dumps and I'm following that approach with the wedding. Details will be revealed over subsequent chapters. One correction: The events in this chapter took place in 2017 so the wedding being a year later means June 2018. Invitations should be going out later this month so keep an eye on your mailbox.
  14. Harley's American Flag tattoo. My thanks to @JohnWayneSkylark for the inspiration.
  15. Although the flight from Washington’s National to Boston’s Logan took less than ninety minutes, the actual door-to-door travel took over twice as long. Thankfully, the ride from the airport to the hotel was only fifteen minutes; they were ready to enjoy their weekend. The Ritz-Carlton accommodated an early registration and after dropping off their luggage, they headed out in search of food. “I can’t believe you want to go to a tourist trap for your birthday lunch.” A doubtful expression
  16. @danield Limerence seems to be popular. I read it in an article, liked it and decided I wanted to use it. Ritchie's feelings for Liz fit well. While it may seem I'm rushing things along, I guarantee there will be plenty of extremely detailed chapters in the future. Like this one dealing with the trip to Australia, there will be some focusing on other travels or events. As for lines between scenes, if you look at this chapter there are three dots serving that purpose. However, I understand current standards (read publishing companies) discourage the use of such dividers. I'm trying that approach in the next book and we'll see how it works. Instead of a line or dots there will be an extra space to signal a shift.
  17. A heartbreaking story about the condition many women face due to social traditions in many parts of the world. Excruciating to read at times, it's told through the eyes of a mother looking to improve the lives of her two daughters. It is a well written social commentary which will leave you with a ray of hope for oppressed people everywhere.
  18. Snippets of news reports and journal entries take us through the anxiety of hiding from law enforcement and a crime family. Although the concept is fascinating and well thought out, there times I had to scratch my head trying to figure out what was happening. I wish the author had expanded some sections. All in all a solid little short story.
  19. A Proper Push is one of those unassuming stories that grab you and deliver a solid punch. No over-the-top situations or reactions but an in-depth analysis of what the two main characters face. Although their challenges are entirely different, both characters give each other a push to deal with what has been troubling them. A great little read I'm certain you will enjoy.

  20. Lapel pin gifted to CJ by Georgetown University Board of Directors member.
  21. LOL, we ran out of tissues with this chapter. So you think my kid did it right? I was trying to not be cold but not be too sweet. I think it fit his personality.
  22. I'm using rugby as a background/setting for a few scenes in coming chapters. I'll give you some more comments after the next one posts.
  23. @danield Thanks, Daniel! I'm guessing you've been reading on CRVBoy. GA's my main site so books get posted here first. I look forward to hearing what you think of this one. It's much easier to comment here after each chapter and I reply to all comments so you'll always get a response.
  24. This is NOT an attention seeking post looking for people to ask for details. They're inconsequential in this case. Twice in the past couple of days I've had to face hypocrasy and in both cases I ended up agitated for lack of a better word. I dislike people who do something and then complain about others doing the same. No wonder I've made CJ such and overbearing honest character. Okay, rant over. LOL
