    REALLY GOT HER GOAT: Cooking spray doesn't help get goats out of trees. That's the lesson learned by Alysia Krafel, 59, of Red Bluff, Calif. Krafel arrived home to find "King George", her 215-pound goat, hanging from an oak tree by a hoof, after apparently climbing up in the tree to eat leaves. "I sprayed Pam all over everything to try and grease it," she said, but that didn't help him get free. Krafel and a neighbor had to cut the tree down to release the animal. A reporter asked her if the goat learned a lesson from the ordeal. Well no, she said -- "He's a goat." (Red Bluff Daily News) ...Dumb reporter! Why didn't he ask the goat directly?

    I had told CJ to expect a house guest as I would be flying out. I figured it was time to leave the east coast and go inland.

    I'm waiting to see what happens between Keith and Brian. We know that both are gay, but Brian doesn't know about Keith. Keith knows about Brian because of the PA system known as the General. Remember back when the two woke up together in bed. Brian had gone to sleep with the grenade in his pants pocket. He jumped out of bed quickly not wanting Keith to get the wrong impression. And so far, Keith has said or done nothing to let Brian know. With the looming disaster, there hasn't been time.

    I was wondering the some thing when I read that. I'm thinking that they may consider a wedding a private event being held since they are usually by invitation.

    Remember Benji, that it's to be a character from a story, not the author. I almost put down another character, but unfortunately, that story and character isn't here at GA.

    There was a few close calls with Jerry in previous chapters between Jerry and Jansen. It has to make you wonder how he would have been if it had been Jansen that came into the kitchen.

    Too bad, the actual number is higher than that. Some of us don't have the Supporter tag. But that is a good number for the known supporters.

    Myr didn't mention it in the announcement for the upgrade, but during this time, Chat might be affected also.

    As a reader, I'm reading a story for its sex. I'm more interested in the plot. If it happens to be there, it's no big deal to me. I read Graeme and Wibby's stories and have enjoyed everything that I've read of theirs. Another author that I read, Jamie, doesn't include sex in his story. He has eluded to it, but he's never gotten descriptive with it and he won't either. A story can be interesting without the sex and I can agree, it can help a story sometimes. Or it can detract from it. And I've said this before. If I want something with explicit sex in it, I'll go to Nifty.

    Strange you should point this out Treb's. Before I left work today, I said to a couple of my staff, I wonder who the third celeb would be. It does seem to happen in three's.

    You were smart to stay away from the tree. Years ago, a friend of mine was cutting a tree down on his dad's farm. The tree fell the wrong direction and he couldn't get away and it crushed him to death. The tragic thing about was, one of his young son's was present and witnessed the whole thing.
