Today is a good day to relax. For lunch we'll have Coquilles Saint Jacques is a classic French dish of scallops in a creamy wine sauce, covered with breadcrumbs, and cheese, before it is browned, placed under a broiler. After lunch, we'll head for the Royal Media Room, with our Mimosa's, where we'll spend the afternoon watching Classic Movies.
After the movies, it's time for a Barbecue.
