    Jared

LilDaddy98 commented on astone2292's story chapter in Jared

You have me intrigued. I've been in a slump recently and not reading as much as normal. But this might bring me out of it.

Not only intriguing, it also left it open for so many adventures. Granted they are going through my head but still I passed a pleasant amount of time going off on tangents.

    Chapter 24

LilDaddy98 commented on astone2292's story chapter in Chapter 24

I'm honestly low-key perturbed that Kieran wasn't a traitor. Not really. I do wonder if Cyn's newfound confidence is wrapped up in Shea's "promotion" to Enforcer. Can't wait to see how this all plays out. Excellent chapter as usual @astone2292

    Chapter 23

LilDaddy98 commented on astone2292's story chapter in Chapter 23

Pierce and Shelly are the logical suspects, therefore I need lots of evidence against them. Kieran on the other hand is a likely candidate as a spy especially given his skills and profession. Able to fly under the radar with his personality (could it be an act, who knows). Honestly, he could be a good guy that has been bullied into doing some evil actions. Or he could just be a person who is evil and able to hide it. So I'll be tuning in, "Same Bat Time, Same Bat Channel." Keep up the good work @astone2292

    Embers 2

Though he be small, yet mighty. And reading that conversation was like listening to my dad talk to his buddies which were all tradesmen, blue collar workers, and Vets.

With what happened to Cyrus, is it any wonder that one's "made" family is almost better than "birth" family. As I was reading the conversation about disciplining Wagner. Cyrus actually reminds me of Dr. Doom with certain personality traits. Another excellent chapter @astone2292

    Chapter 12

LilDaddy98 commented on astone2292's story chapter in Chapter 12

Val is mysteriously powerful. One of those powers is to make my eyes shower themselves with her words. 😆 Anywho, I'm not used to stories that focus on non-predatory shifters. It's a nice change and intrigues me. Keep it up @astone2292

    Henry

LilDaddy98 commented on Valkyrie's story chapter in Henry

I can so relate to Henry's position. While recovering from Pneumonia/Rona I was so fatigued I didn't leave my bed for over a week except to use the bathroom. And I hated it. I'm used to being on the go and doing something. Anything that interferes with that is evil in my eyes, at the same time I recognize that I needed the rest. Another great work @Valkyrie

Curses! You got my eyes showering themselves again. Imma need you to continue on with your bad self @Valkyrie.

You done got me up in my feelings Val. I'm starting to think that you're a witch or something as I don't get emotional often.

My heart breaks for soldiers and what they go through. Excellent work as always @Valkyrie

    Chapter Five

LilDaddy98 commented on Avogadro1001's story chapter in Chapter Five

Shenanigans are afoot it seems. Wondering what the link is between the Henderson's and Jake's family. Inquiring minds want to know. Keep up the good work @Avogadro1001

Imma need to let this marinate for a bit. I will say I'm liking Cyrus, if only for his bluntness and lightning affinity. Keep up the excellent work @astone2292

    Born Again

LilDaddy98 commented on Valkyrie's story chapter in Born Again

Growing up Southern Baptist, I still believed in reincarnation among many other esoteric and mystical beliefs. Am currently researching hypnotherapists that specialize in past-life regression as I'm curious what kind of life or lives I've had. As always Val, you wrote another heart wrenching and unforgettable tale.

    Chapter Three

LilDaddy98 commented on Avogadro1001's story chapter in Chapter Three

While I do hope that Liam and Dylan can at least get some closure with their past. Please let Dylan remain with Jake or someone else. Pretty please with a (insert whatever drink you like) on top.

Okay! This was different. I'm not used to a shifter's animal taking the forefront and conversing with someone else. I liked that aspect as it was a curveball for me. I wonder if Vinnie's skill with magic is what is allowing his swift progression with being a shifter. He needs to compare notes with Elaine when he can. Once again, an excellent piece of work @astone2292.
  20. LilDaddy98
Umm, lost for words, and that rarely happens. Excellent work as usual.

Imma just say that Shaw is playing a dangerous game being a human in the middle of a war between Shadowkind (my term for lycans , mages, and other creatures of myth). Yes, he was a douchebag, but so can we all at times. I'm also kinda thinking that Ms. Elaine is wanting a round 2 with Stefan even if it is to butter him up for Vinnie. (I don't see why the good guys shouldn't use that tactic either). The car was a really nice finish, reinforcing that Vinnie has a family and a permanent home. Excellent work @astone2292.

Great chapter. Anxiously waiting for more.

Congratulations on the marriage. May you be blessed and highly favored for the rest of your days. As for the story, keep up the good work. I'm anxiously waiting for the trip to New York.

This story has been a boon to me during my forced quarantine. Had a triple hit of flu, pneumonia, and Rona. Hooker had to get her two big brothers to knock me down before she attacked. Anywho, please keep up the excellent work @astone2292.

With every chapter I fall more in love with these characters. Excellent work @astone2292.
