Colt dress up as a girl? Aahh, no... Brian would do it in a heartbeat, kinky bastard. CE would to please Colt (even though I don't know when that would ever happen). Prime could do it to win a bet. Isaac would do it and secretly think it felt right. Warren would be too shy to say no. Leo would analyse the experience and write an essay. Al wouldn't really care and just do it. Sam probably wouldn't fit in any outfit.

This was such a good story! I feel a bit sorry for Sam, that he didn't get to live a human life, but I hope he finds what he was looking for with Aaron. If this is significant for your current writing flow, then I'm really looking forward to your new story. Your writing was detailed and worked on without feeling heavy or deliberate. So nicely done!

I read chapter 6 and was a bit confused about something. When the anphilian gets in the water he's called Landin, but when he emerges they call him Talin. Maybe that happens to anphilians when they go swimming! LOL Or am I reading it wrong?

That ending just makes me so worried about Felix. I guess Dorian is starting to realise that their relationship is getting deeper but he has some major hurdles to get past if he's to reach Felix' true self. That mask of faux confidence is disturbing.

I feel both MaryAnn and Galina (and probably just about everyone else... LOL) have been using Colt for their own gain and to achieve the top spot as the new Lord. They however underestimated his strength and things kind of but not completely blew up in their faces during the battle.

Impressive list as usual. I was thinking about Dr C and what he did to Colt. Or Colt did to him. I got the idea Colt is in a come in the real world, while MaryAnn (or whoever...) is mucking about in his head. The doc is trying to 'help' but in fact might be simply pushing Colt towards his vamp self. Colt is fighting back, which shows as scars on the doc's body. That would explain the light Colt sees at times. A pen light in his eyes penetrating the haze, which might be aided by drugs given by the doc.

Well, as mothers go, Betsy wasn't the model one either. So, he could be disillusioned with her too. That was book eight. Who knows what crap she has pulled since?

I never talk about feelings, but my hubby sort of solves the puzzle that is me anyway. I think the wolves can do the same. And was that a killing spree or what! The chapter was so densely packed with clues and hints, I need to read it again! I got this weird feeling Colt was kidnapped as a baby and sent to live with his 'parents' by some vampire who also paid for it. Then when ge made his choice, Betsy could track him down again and started to pay money to him directly instead. What's with the 'mother' losing bank statements? Was she in on ut? Is that why Colt went to her funeral? Ir was it Betsy's funeral? Sorry, my brain is apparently on speed today...
