Story Review Featured Story: Prophylaxis
Puppilull commented on Renee Stevens's blog entry in Gay Authors News
This is in my opinion one of the best stories here on GA. You capture the essence of the story really well, Tim. It's dark, funny, sexy, scary, sad... I care very much for Nate and the creatures (not entirely human...) in his life and I'm always happy to see an update. So just read it! -
Though the sun is still warm upon our skin The leaves are speaking about something new For something is changing from deep within Against the clearest sky of vibrant blue Sadness so fierce when I see you depart Like a dear friend who turned from me in pain Though far away you live here in my heart As budding hope after cold winter's reign

I think the German could get in on the chart making action, leaving the Dane a bit frustrated... And most definitely gluten free.
-
We have a group discussion about the matter and then make a chart, making sure everyone is included and get to try all positions. It's probably even encouraged.
-
Sweden is obviously vers...
-
Maybe being the middle of that sandwich wouldn't be so terrible...?
-
It's the smørrebrød. No one can resist! And en lille en. Could be the Dane in the middle...
-
We not only have moose in our backyard, but a couple of wolves roaming the forrests. That could get scary...
-
So the hair doesn't bother you...? Ha!
-
A world filled with vampires would be a horrible place indeed. The ozonlayer would never survive all that hairspray and then they would have no food left...

Ha! I seriously doubt super vamp Colt (oh, that feels weird writing...) would shop at IKEA. And he wouldn't be caught dead (ehum..) in frills. But it does seem popular for the rest of them. Maybe Teen vampire had brought back early/mid 80s style? They would be the height of fashion! Lack of sun works wonders for skin tone. Provided your face doesn't simply freeze...
-
I was surprised Colt had a Swedish mattress. Is it a Hästens? I've never found them very comfy. And they actually smell of horse... Btw, it was a bit disturbing to see Colt so into his looks. I guess coming out of the orifice suddenly all perfect can do weird things to a person. Or vamp.

Well, you know i can't really say anything about the moose... As for the cold, dark and snow... Well, it's apparently good for you to spend long, long hours indoors 9 months a year. Us Vikings seem to thrive. I guess it helps we all go a little cray-cray in the summer.

Those passages from Wyatt's POV practically had me crying... What despair to just lay there and wait for death. And hopes of meeting his mother. Ok, now I'm crying for real...
-
I've been thinking about poor Jett. His dad doesn't win any award for dad of the year saying things like that to perfect strangers ( or well Betsy...). So what is daddy not happy about? Jett not living up to the wolf stereotype? Maybe he can join Gavin's pack?
-
And modest! Don't forget modest! LOL
-
You would... Like there are any coincidences in Meta.
-
I was thinking it would be the perfect place to "hide" the meta to be. Surrounded by a fierce wolf pack. Might get some imprinting done too...
-
Some of my... hmm... Friskier friends are Polish, so I'mnot worried.
-
Finally had tome to start book 5! Puzzled might sum up my brain right now. I'm still convinced this is a 'what if' scenario and here we see the effect of Colt choosing differently. The skip in time must be like 20-30 years? So another Loope was a virgin marine? Searching for another Meta to change the world...? If at first you don't succeed etc? I like the idea of Sweden and Denmark being bastions of freedom. Hell yes! No puritan vampires will change our policy of sex for all! LOL Fight the power!

You break my heart with these poems, but in an amazing way. If that makes any sense. Thank you for posting!

Ironically, right now we are rehearsing a song called Miserere...
-
Ok, when you put it that way... I actually like singing. So you win the misery contest.
-
The new book has begun and I'm stuck with singing all day! Bad timing! Very bad timing! Gah!!
