Three new kittens born this afternoon. All doing well, it seems. Gave the mother some chicken breast and milk while I threw Temptation Treats to the others to get them away. One solid tabby, one tabby and white, and one light grey.

Nope... it's weird though, for the air to be so hot while rain is pouring down. In all my long years, I don't remember it being like this. The back veranda was stifling despite the rainfall. Climate change is real....

Hey, Brother B. I sure miss our other brother @dughlas. My SIL recommended a movie to me that was on Netflix. It's an Indian movie called RRR. What an experience! It is three hours long but it is so entertaining (drama, singing, dancing, fighting, love, history, good vs evil), as well as reminding us of the brutal history of India. If you have some time, I highly recommend it.

And so many seemed to start with "A". It was annoying as hell.

I really enjoyed the first season of the Netflix (or Amazon?) series. It includes all the important stuff without dragging it out the way Jordan did. I'm looking forward to the next season... hope they don't screw it up. Come to think of it, I think "Wheel of Time" had some influence on how I write. I abhor dragging things out. I let the characters tell me how to proceed... not some need to write more words.

Exactly! And there was no need for so many Aes Sedai. Their names all blended together because they weren't fleshed out characters. He should have put a common prefix in front of all the 'free' ones at least, IMO.
