He’s a complete scum bag and your daughter is better off without him, it’s just unfortunate she has to deal with the fall out of his egregious behaviour.     If there were real issues that needed reporting, the fact she is not going through the proper chain of command - ie, her boss - is of major concern, imo. @kbois advice is excellent.
