I actually grocery shopped today and gave the blueberries a look from afar as I decided on bananas and apples instead. I will be trying this recipe, though as it looks really good. And, might I add, they look suspiciously like his Strawberry Oatmeal Crumble ( can’t remember their exact name atm) bars. Which reminds me, I keep forgetting to buy chia seeds. My nephew introduced me to chia pudding, which I found very much to my liking, so I ran out of them. Oh wells… PS: Have you tried Ontario hothouse strawberries? Every time I’ve bought them - even over the winter months - they’ve always been exceptionally tasty.
