My dad and I had an after dinner tea tradition when I was younger. It was him saying “if you’re making tea, I’ll have some,”
-
Glad to hear you stayed put, today, tim. I was staying in after that not so nice trip in the great outdoors. Right now I’m in my jammies and thinking I need some tea…so, yeah, that’s what I’m going to do.

Not snowing now, but I ended up getting caught in the worst of it coming out of the grocery store. It was fine when I went in, but going full force just minutes later. Naturally, I walked there… Reminded me of the time, I got caught in an ice storm in Toronto when I was on the hunt for Tata tea.

I’d take rain over the snow that’s falling right now. I’ve got my fingers crossed it’s going to disappear by tomorrow.

Date squares are one of my faves.
-
Change the mushrooms to onions and that is my order forever and ever.

Nope, nope and nope!
-
Looks like the one second from the left is doing just that.

It’s windy right now, but I had clear blue (with some clouds) skies today, though there was snow on the ground this morning, Sorry to hear it didn’t miss you.

*waves* Hi and it’s good to see you.
-
Looks delicious!

For hours now, and it seems to be collecting as if it’s going to stick around… What a way to usher in Spring, eh?
-
Thanks for letting us know, Mike. Sending hugs to tim and wishing he feels better soon.

These leave me contemplative and pondering. As always, nicely done, tim. 👍🏻👍🏻

It looks amazing just as it is, so I’m guessing the finished product will be on a whole other level.
-
I'd give it a go, but I'd definitely have to pair it with an extra large glass of milk to counter the sweetness.
-
I really like what you’ve said here, tim. Allowing one’s self the right to have bad or even mediocre day without self-recrimination or judgement seems like a very healthy way to live. Life isn’t always going to be sunshine and roses, and that’s okay. Every day is a new day, so there’s that to look forward to. As always, nicely done. xoxo. 👍👍

Looks like it's on Amazon Prime, so I'll definitely check it out. Thanks for the recommendation, tim. 👍

I know, right?

These are really peaceful and calming to the mind. I am left smiling, so thank you for that. 😊 As always, nicely done, tim.

Would zucchini as a substitute be too similar to a cucumber? I think I should be looking that up...

This was really good to read, so thanks for sharing this with us all. I am absolutely delighted for you, tim, and here's to your next endeavour in whatever form it takes. xoxo PS: Your job very likely went to someone who needed it, so that's a good thing, and means you should feel not an ounce of guilt. You did a good deed for that person. 😊

tim is a truly kind and considerate soul, so I can understand his mindset. Having said that, I'm glad he has you and Dan to support him as he sorts things out, and hopefully, realizes you are correct and he's done nothing wrong.

Sorry to hear the evening didn't go as you hoped it would. Hugs to all of you.

That’s good to hear, take care, Chris.
