As a long time reader of the series, I would say that the reason and timing of this information was perfect. It was hinted at a little in other stories, but not essential to the plot. I always knew that Giaco was wearing a mask, but not the reason why. You did great James! However, @drpaladin's points about Marco was excellent.

Dani's folks are very special parents. They both support him 100%. They also know how to give him advice that is neither judgmental or biased, but gives him the courage to reach out to Giaco. Giaco and Dani back together again is heartwarming. Their relationship may have reverted back to best friends from boyfriends, but at that age it is OK by me. At least now, I think they will be open and honest in all their communication. That's a great block on which to establish a lasting relationship of love. Dani proved it by telling about Marco, and Giaco by admitting his love for Dani as well as explaining why he acted the way he did before. I hadn't realize how deeply he was hurt by his father abandoning the family. The birthday gift was great even though telling Giaco about Marco was awkward. Cosmos is now aware that Dani and Giaco know what he is doing. Cosmos is young and bound to make mistakes, I hope someone can help him. Getting into the family business shouldn't be the only option for a 16 year old. Luca seems to have no love for his brother, but maybe with Emily's influence will be able to help him. Of course, I'm sure that Dani will be in on the process if that comes about.

It was nice to see that Father Stefano is still around. He has great influence in the community and acts selflessly to bring stability to the village. The day with Sami was fun, especially when he caught Marco and Dani and sussed out what was happening. It was also good to know that Emily and Luca are back together. The day was awkward for Dani and Marco. Dani has not let Giaco go. He keeps thinking of Giaco and comparing him to Marco. He and Marco may be giving it a go, but it didn't look like it was going anywhere. I didn't surprise me that Marco could tell from their kiss that Dani wasn't feeling for Marco what Dani did for Giaco. Marco is a great kid and deserves his own special love. I am happy Marco has the courage and strength to get past this thanks to the support and love given him by Gianni and Angelo. Now Dani is going to have to swallow his pride, and heal the damage to Giaco's heart. Hmm...Sounds like there are only four more chapters to get Dani and Giaco back together and have them getting ride of the gun problems in Ravello. I'm looking forward to a lot of thrills and chills in these next chapters.

I wonder what would happen if he has a girl that is gay or transgendered? I'm sure he'll accept it, but might be overprotective of the kid when it comes to football.

As the family grows and the boys and girls get older, it is getting a lot harder to plan and prepare for vacations. With the older ones getting married, I suspect there will be a growing number of problems arranging holidays like Christmas in the future also. I am glad that GG seems to be helping Louise.

Dreams like that are devastating. I am sure that the dreams are derived from Boone's fear of losing Coy, more than just reliving his fall into the river.

Aod and I are well. Remember we told you about the wagyu beef we ate at a friends home this week? He sent me the link online for the shop. It's a Facebook business. The "shop" is in the family's garage and open all day every day. The meats we had at the dinner were awesome, and I couldn't believe the great deals on them. Aod and I went there and spent $100 for 10 pounds of steaks and scrap cuts. I can't believe how cheap it was compared to other places. I'll be cooking them all this week doing my happy dance.

I got the gitalong hitched up and went out for a slow ride. That didn't happen....once again. I try hard to savor the chapters, but always start binging as I get caught up in the story. I'm blaming it all on you! Your great stories thwart my good intentions every time. Now I'm off to Larkspur, but this time I won't be struggling to go slower. That's a lost cause for me, so I'll go with the story flow.

A wonderful ending with the farm growing as fast as Coy and Boone' love for each other. I am glad that both could put their anger at Will to rest. He will no longer haunt their thoughts.
