Thanks Bill! My lover and I have been together for almost 12 years. I am glad you focused on the good part of the poem. That was the reason for writing it. The sad part was to explain why I took a leap and ended up in Thailand where my life is so much better. I think the sad part was something many people experience as they become tied down by responsibilities and surviving. I found that happening to me close to retirement. The rest of the poem is about the changes that I experienced after I came here. Praise from you, who has provided many hours of reading entertainment to me is special. I am so very happy to have another chapter. I've been missing this story. I had wished that Deadnus would have been taken out in the attack. It is now open warfare amount the vampires, and how they will line up behind Deadnus or Vincent will probably depend on the Specials. Dani will now be forced to chose a side, but not between Deadnus or Vincent I think. Instead it will be between Vincent and the Specials if Deadnus can be eliminated. It's funny that the vampires have the same problems in their universe as we have in ours. No form of government fits a society for any length of time.

Congratulation Gary! That game must have been awesome to watch. Overtime games are always exciting. I am a bit ticked off with the very brief highlights of the game shown on the NHL website. It was less than two minutes long. About the only thing I got out of it was both teams were playing a defensive game.
