    i try to get all of the hard stuff out of the way early rick, so that i can watch sports or movies while i do laundry on Sunday we did find a movie, The Aeronauts on Amazon Prime i'll let you know how it is later

    oh rick, i'm sorry you have to deal with this that is good news indeed! well, so far so good the kitchen is clean, i started on the bedroom and bathroom, the upcoming week's menu is done and the grocery order is almost ready. now we're looking for a movie to watch. How has your day been?

    @Fae Briona no flooding here, thankfully. some downed tree branches around the area when i took Daughter to work though. it's cold, 42 F, & clear this morning. perfect day for blankets & movies.

    hello Michael Sir as long as i don't have to drive anywhere, fog's fine, it can be beautiful even. but this storm is awful, weather alerts keep activating on my phone. hope it's not so fierce by the time it reaches You.

    We have our first "Severe Weather Alert" day happening. Hail, thunderstorms, tornado risk is low-ish. My manager is sending us home early. Sorry the joints are still bad, but nice that you were able to have dinner with SP.

    so, i told Carlos this when i was reading this for him, this part: “¡Ay, Dios mio! Me vas a dar un ataque al corazón, Felipe. ¿Y por que estás desnudo?” i'm married to a Latino and i can hear his Mama, the tia's, and the primas all in this high pitched, accented voice doing this as they clutch their chest, makes me laugh every time! and this: “Gracias, Maria.” He blew his grandmother a kiss when she handed him his own café con leche. “Stop calling me by my first name. I hate it.” She softly slapped the back of her grandson’s head Martinez is lucky it wasn't a chancla! i'm still having fun reading it!
