I think too, if the sex had been just so, it could have further damaged Shaun’s dum view of himself. As it is, Harley seems to be a good, positive fit. I’m reading on with the hope it stays so. -

Hmm.. This made me take an actual deep breath. A very emotional chapter.. It was incredibly hard to separate from the events happening here. The communication, every nuance, subtle and not, was deeply felt. In the end you wrote this beautifully, tim. An excellent chapter.

This was a great chapter... I totally got Max being in that room where his loss became real in a way he might not have been expecting. And Louis, knowing how he is, just said “so much potential change,” and things are maybe about to change for him again.

Lol. It’s almost a year if you can imagine that!! I have a week to catch up.. was going to head out of town, but my sister’s surgery (gum) happened and she can’t indulge or eat solid food. So....

You did a great job capturing Ellen’s personality with her interactions with CJ and the audience. I could see her expression and hear that laugh she has. Where else might CJ and Trip be promoting Bullies Beware, I wonder! Ellen had to wait until the applause died down before speaking. “Right. And you’re not romantic at all.” Something the author loves to profess as well. But we know the truth. 😉

"I don't know anything anymore."- Diarmad That right there is half of his problem. He’s been thrown for a loop and probably still trying to make sense of it all. Betrayal and loss are tough to just get over. Throw in the mate Nico, not Noël, he lost and never stopped loving, add in the fact that he’s...well Diarmad, and sudden all his senses are for naught. I look forward to Nico bringing in the big guns. Great chapter!

That was a little hard to read, but I guess it’s because you wrote a difficult topic so well. Eric was dealt a raw hand. I hope he finds a way to learn trust and find true happiness again.
