    Loz

Defiance19 commented on Thorn Wilde's story chapter in Loz

I wish Loz well.. I’m glad he’ll get help I hope it’s years of it. I’m glad he’ll have his father’s support. I can’t help feel a little bit off that he’s keeping what he did from his brothers and dad agrees. Essentially lying. It’s his family. This is where he needs to start, by taking ownership. Maybe he will in time. He’s got his whole life still, he’d better make good on the chance he’s been given.

    Michael

Defiance19 commented on Thorn Wilde's story chapter in Michael

We need more, and effective programs within the system that intervene and give them a chance at rehabilitation before jail. In some cases it’s not offered and jail is definitely not warranted. As stated before the system needs work. Badly .

    Daniel

Defiance19 commented on Thorn Wilde's story chapter in Daniel

I feel like this is the true beginning for Daniel. Every thing is out and people in authority, his parents know. Nothing ahead is going to be easy.

I’d be ok with that. But then, would Tuesday become a problem? Lol.

One of our regular hiking guides does this.. swears he knows his stuff. Still shows up for hikes so I guess, but I’ll pass. Thanks, no thanks.

Crazy.. the warming trend looks like it will continue here all week..
  11. Defiance19
Uh oh.. Your response was pretty straightforward, so what the hell?
  12. Defiance19
    Right? A little sacrifice.. lol.

I saw advertised, a new machine that would fold your clothing, department store style, straight from the dryer.. Coming soon... Naturally, I sent out an email to the family as a possible Christmas gift.. I can’t print the responses, but ‘Hell No’ was the general consensus.. 😐🙃

Ohh, could Harley simple kindness, be the reason Shaun resolves to live again? And I do mean wholly, as in wanting to put his life back in order. Because, there’s that spark of hope that wasn’t there before. Like Tim, I hope Harley hangs around for a bit. I think by now we know, you’re never going to slip with spoilers. 😀

I see how Shaun could entertain suicidal thoughts. Every way he looks doesn’t hold hope, and hopeless is a sad state. If that is true, it would explain why the mother projects her issues onto her sons, instead of taking ownership of her own failings.

If there’s one thing his mother is tight about is getting back to work.. Maybe that will get him out of his head, thinking of other things and slowly come back to himself..

    GMA VI

Defiance19 commented on Carlos Hazday's story chapter in GMA VI

Sean can’t possibly hold me responsible for what I get up to, after all the times Ethan does get in the way.. 😏

I want to continue reading through. Consider this a breath before I move on. I’m not seeing a good turn for Shaun just yet. Caring? Not a word of sympathy or show of empathy. You can hear all that she doesn’t say, “it’s your fault” in those questions.. Ok.. I can believe that Shaun is not her top priority.. Now he’s back under her thumb.

This was a fantastic chapter. A lot of great dialogue, memories and fun! The celebration will be remembered for sure. It also felt heavy at the end, even though CJ’s toast was everything..

Ain’t no party like a New York party!! We keep it funky on the East Coast! Lol. So glad all the guys, including Brad are together to celebrate! This chapter pulled at my sad strings a bit. I like the tattoo.

    Three is Perfect

Defiance19 commented on Mikiesboy's story chapter in Three is Perfect

It is a very chilly day, and reading these last two chapters together has warmed up my afternoon considerably. So, thank you... Louis and Don, acknowledging, talking about, working through, and accepting the changes ahead for them is refreshing. It’s never going to be without hiccups, and it would be easy for Louis to bear resentment, but these two are committed in every way, and it shows. Max reaching out is so good! Well done, tim..

Congrats to Rena and Robert. Don and Louis have so very much to offer. This chapter let us see just how much. I hope Max can see it too. Loved this chapter.
