Great theatrical actors are notable for their sonorous voices. -
Fenn is totally blind to anyone's concerns about Varilik. Logically he should have listened to Mhalyn as she has known him longer than Fenn. All the idea of shielding soldiers eyes will do is force Ain to hurt or kill them and Varilik knows it.
