It appears as if Alik is going to need an adjustment period due to his mother leaving. I'm sure Sasha's going to be a good father but it will take time for Alik to adjust to his mother leaving, and it's not just Alik that's affected by this.

I think it's great that Tony was able to do this for Sasha, it must've been a very welcome thing for Sasha to be able to talk to and see his son Alik as well. I'm sure that the reaction Tony and Mitch got from Sasha after they disconnected from the call was something that they weren't expecting. I'll say that Tony definitely earned his way into the heavenly kingdom just by doing his part in helping another human being with being able to see and talk to his son in Russia without asking for a thing in return. I have a feeling that this wasn't the only time Tony ever did something that nice for someone else and it probably won't be the last time either.

Cancer is definitely something that I hope I don't have to deal with. I'm prone to possibly getting it at some point, I know because my grandfather and my dad both died of cancer when they were 50 years old. I’m sure that Tony would have regretted leaving his parents house, and I’m sure that what Mitch said about them coming back would be true. Even though Angelo doesn’t want the treatment, if his cancer is as advanced as they say his is the treatment would be a waste of time and money. I’m sorry to read that Kathleen is sick with breast cancer and that treatment for her would be a crap shoot because of her age as to whether she would go into remission or not. I’m glad that she said she didn’t want Angelo to know that she was sick as well. I hope that Tony does follow through with getting checked for cancer, he would be very likely to get it at some point, he may not have a positive test result right now but annual check ups are a great idea and that he could get a positive test result any time, with Tony because he’s young and healthy he would be a good candidate for treatment be it Chemo or Radiation or a combination of both. Tony has a better chance of remission if he were to get a positive test result for cancer. My mother in law was diagnosed with non hogkins lymphoma cancer and she went into remission after about 6 months of chemo therapy treatment, she was in remission for just over 5 years then she was diagnosed with either breast cancer or lung cancer and even though she was getting treatment again she lasted a little over 6 months before we got the call saying she was in the hospital because the treatments weren’t working and she was having trouble breathing while her children their spouses, and I were with her telling her that it was okay for her to go to be with her parents and her husband so she wouldn’t be suffering anymore. She only lasted about 5 hours after my wife and I got to the hospital, my wife went in to see her mom and came back out about 10 minutes later and she stayed in the waiting room for ICU when I went out about an hour before her mom passed away to see if she wanted to go back in to be with her mom she said she couldn’t go back in there. Thank you for writing this wonderful story. I’m going on to read the rest of the story. This chapter was a great one as it began to tell about the issue of a family member getting sick with cancer and then not getting any treatment for whatever reason they have. 😒😢😢

I love that you were able to see where the Delvechios came from. I think the centurion was a very nice surprise for you, I'll bet that you had a very nice evening after that. You really knew what buttons to push to get Tony to act like he was angry with you only you could tell he wasn't.

I'm glad that Tony and Mitch are enjoying the honeymoon in Scotland and Rome. I agree with what was said to the two guys at the fountain that Tony was committed to Mitch as much as Mitch was to Tony and that meant that there would be no way that they would take anyone else as far as sex into the life they had together. They have so much mutual respect for each other that no other person would come between them. I respect them for that reason, I hope if I find someone else to share my life with that we'll have the same respect for each other. Thank you for writing about your life with your Tony, I'm really enjoying reading about your experiences and the trips you take together.

I wish I knew exactly what my heritage was like, I've been told that we have German, Scottish, Irish, Manx (from the Isle of Man), American Indian, and others I can't think of right now. I wish my family had done better with our genealogy then I might better understand what all of these nationalities meant. My dad's mother once told me that we had a cousin in California who was doing a genealogy search trying to make sense of it all, I wish I had gotten his information and been able to talk to him about what he had found. I'm glad that Mitch and Tony at least have their heritage and know most of the history of their families.

I truly hope that Angela and Tom could be safe, her ex boyfriend sounds like a lot of trouble, and he acts that way as well by stalking them everywhere they go he shows up. One thing I hope could happen is that he tries to get onto the training base while the training is going on and they can finally arrest the guy or shot him either way would be preferable. I believe that Mitch has the training site well stocked with everything they'll need to have while at the site. Keep up the great work, this story is so interesting the characters are so well thought out and personable.

This family is the best thing to happen to Mitch besides Tony. As part of the family and he has already set a place with the family, number one Mitch knew that in order to really fit in he would have to learn Italian. Mitch did just that in eight months and then when he and Tony got to New York, the first person Mitch met was Tony's sister Kathy. Mitch greeted her in Italian and she about flipped because he was so fluent, when Mitch met Tony's parents he did the same thing. I truly believe that this couple was put together with a bit of divine intervention, they are true mates in every sense of the word. May they have a very long life together.

I'm glad that Oliver and Silas are together for life and it looks like Daniel and Carlos might be the next couple to tie the knot in the family. That would only leave Toby and I think he's going to be a groom in the not to distant future if he continues seeing Tara. I'm very happy for all of them, they finally deserve some peace in their lives. I hope that the next chapter comes soon so I can see what Oliver's announcement is and also see where else Daniel blushes besides his face and chest.

I like Tony's mom full of spunk, his parents seem like very good people. I wouldn't mind meeting people like them who know how to make someone feel welcome in their home. I had a neighbor when I was a young kid who was Spanish and from the time I met her she always made me feel welcome in their home. I'm glad that I was living where I was at the time as I gained a great friend who to this day we talk to each other almost daily, he's the grandson of the woman I lived next door to. I hope they have a great time while in New York.

I hope Adam's mom is going to be alright with the fact that he's found a man who is willing to give things a shot at being a couple. I also hope that Adam's injury doesn't keep him down for long. It appears that Adam and Ian might actually become a real item in the family of Liam and Will.

I’m glad that that Mitch decided to go to the reunion with Tony even though he had bad feelings about going. Once they got to the house where the reunion is going to be they go in and meet David & Michael who were very supportive of Mitch when he introduced Tony to them as his fiancée, when his uncle Earl who is the youngest of his fathers brothers and sisters he wouldn’t even shake Tony’s hand after he was introduced to him. The next morning as they finished their breakfast at the B&B the young lady clearing the tables asked Mitch if she knew him and he said that he didn’t think so and they were there for a reunion, she said the McKenzie reunion and he said yes and she told them that she would be there as she was married to one of the cousins, Mitch then introduced her to Tony saying that he was his fiancée and she said she already knew that they were there due to the McKenzie gossip circle. It turns out that Mitch had more family support than he thought, with several cousins behind him and Tony at his side he told them in no uncertain terms that he was a McKenzie and he was gay. He also said that Tony was a good man and someone who would be good to get to know. After Mitch stood up to his dad and faced his fears he told his dad that what he had with Tony was not a sin as it wasn't said by God that he couldn't love another man, it was a prophet some 2000 years ago who was prejudice of the love between two men. This is definitely going to be a reunion to remember.

I think the VUN is finally at a point where they might start getting some answers to the question of can they be cured of the vampirism. With the two old ones to get samples of venom from along with Nicolae's blood George might be able to figure out how to cure them all not just put the vampire in stasis with the serum. I hope that they can get Dragon to really see what their trying to do for the vampires of the world. With Dragon being who he is in history his influence will go along way. One more item for them is to find Lucian and Iilya and lock them up in one of the cages Dragon has already. Iustinia and Repetate are curious about Devon, they seem to be liking what they can learn from him. Just by spending a bit of time with them, with the help of the translator their liking the fact that he's talking to them. I loved this chapter and story so far and I know that since I've read the rest of the story and am reading the next story in the series and I can honestly say that this is a great story that never seems to run out of new places to go and new vampires to find and get them on the serum. Thank you for writing these great stories with so much imagination and style that makes the reader a part of the story.

Another great chapter, well done. I hope that they can catch Angela's ex boyfriend and end this terror they're running from so they could be safe again and also be able to stay in one spot for good. I can't wait to see how the training goes for the cadets from the grammar schools, I think Mitchell has a good course for each group that'll strengthen their skills. I believe that these training sessions are good for not only building up their skills for their training but also give them skills they can use everyday.

So Mitch found out about Tony's darkside in that the nightmare he had, then while he was doing whatever he was doing in the bathroom caused some concerns about how long he'd been in there. After Mitch got into the bathroom and he saw Tony with the pill bottles he asked what each was for, Tony explained that he started taking them after the attacks on the World Trade Center. Mitch told Tony again that he would be there for him no matter what. The next day they looked at a 4 bedroom condo that started at $450,000.00 dollars. They agreed on the size and flooring and counter top choices since they were already there. Tony started the paperwork for the purchase of the unit, and said he wanted fresh paint throughout then he could call to have his furniture delivered. Mitch also said that he needed to learn Italian. I can hardly wait for Tony to meet Mitch's family.

It appears that Nick is proud of his dad's choice of life partner. I'm inclined to believe that Mitch and Tony are having a great start to what I can only hope is a very long life together. I can't wait for Mitch to take Tony to meet his family and what kind of reaction they'll get there.

I have a strong feeling that these two guys are going to be together forever. I'm inclined to believe that the way these two are going meeting each other's family will be a cake walk. This is going to be a very interesting story.

I can't imagine what anyone felt or saw that terrible day, so many people lost their lives not only in New York, but Washington DC, and Pennsylvania as well. I saw the reports on television that day and even after I got to work that's pretty much what we did for the day as we didn't have to many customers. I would be like Mitch is with Tony if I had someone tell me they were in the World Trade Center on 9/11 I could only comfort the person, I wouldn't know what to say to comfort them. I can only hope that Tony doesn't become scared for life by the tragic event that was carried out in the name of Allah (God).

I think this chapter was very eventful, the talk that Mike had with Brad about Alexandria being behind the rape of Elizabeth Danfield and beating of Scott Slater were coerced by Alexandria. The rape was paid for by Lord Preston for an as yet unknown reason. I think the trip to Colorado might be a mistake on Will's part, for some reason I feel like he's being set up. The trip to New York is going to be interesting when Will and Darius both get ahold of JJ to hopefully get it through his head that he can't treat people like shit because your in a foul mood. Which as far as I can tell throughout this whole CAP series he's always been that way, it seems to be getting worse. I hope whatever they do or say will sink in with JJ, maybe he needs to get laid, maybe that'll help with his sour disposition.

I look at this situation a little bit differently than most other people. I think JJ is one of the rudest people on the planet unless he's getting his way all the time, case in point the altercation with Maddy at Escoral where he was already in a pissy mood and then the 2 youngest kids come running through the kitchen and JJ grabbed Maddy by the wrist. He's damn lucky Child Protective Service wasn't called because he could have been arrested and charged with child abuse. JJ thinks it's OK to be bitchy all the time unless he's getting his way or someone's kissing his ass. Will has really tried to be a friend to Dally, and in my opinion I think he did just that, the whole time the family from California was in Texas Dally did everything he could to include Will even introducing Will to his friends. The last night they were at the ranch was the only time they really spoke about Buzz and it seemed to help Dally, the only thing that wasn't said was the fact that Buzz had been going from one male family member to another finally settling on Will who had sex with Buzz 4 times including the night before the flight that ended his life along with the 2 pilots.

Another very interesting chapter. I hope that Lt Colonel Harding will allow Mitchell to have them on the base, which we know that it's a secure base. I think Mitchell might be getting into an area that he's not familiar with at the moment. Thank God he had the earbud transmitting via satellite, he was able to get ahold of WO Owens and gave him all the particulars so he could get an emergency crew to his location for his patient, her son Thomas well as Mitchell himself. I liked how he was able to get aboard the helicopter and start taking the vitals and putting the patient on O2 (oxygen) as he did his final assessment of the patient he turned the rest of the care over to the paramedic. I'll have to wait for chapter 15 to come out before I can find out what the CO has to say.

I really love this chapter, it seems like the VUN might be getting a few new members. I hope that they can convince Dragon to trust them in that when they say something about the serum that they mean it. The proof is right in front of Dragon as much as he doesn't think it's possible it's standing right there and if Colin or George say something it gets done.

Mitchell has been very busy during his r&r, first going home to see his parents and help his father on the farm, then getting back to his aunts house and cutting the grass, pulling some weeds and then raking it all up and then putting everything away. Mitchell decided to go camping for the last couple of days he left of his leave. Then as he was about to doze off the first night he hears a twig snap and that woke him up, he goes to see what the noise was and finds a lady and her son of about 11 yrs of age. Mitchell treats her badly swollen ankle, then later that night Tom comes and wakes Mitchell up because Tom's mother wasn't breathing right. I can't wait for the next chapter to see how the lady is and if Mitchell makes it back to base on time. I love the story so far as I can say that the more I read the more the characters take life.

I'm glad that Odie was rescued even if it wasn't exactly on the up & up, I don't know of any paramilitary groups are the same as the one that was used in this story. I like Will's statement to Adam that said he wouldn't say how he knows about the group, only that he has a contact number. I'm glad that Uncle Luke finally got there after finding out that they were all lied to by the same person, Will's mother. He came with his husband Uncle Cam, along with 2 cousins Scott and Kristy. They came all the way from Australia. I have a feeling that this is going to be a very memorable experience for all those here.

I'm glad that the threat by LenNa is over thanks to a mysterious female being, who Seth called Lilith. The snakes are gone as well. I can hardly wait to see what's next for the famous couples in the story. And they are famous for who they are and how they became couples, Christian and Ella are Prince Charming and Cinderella, Seth and Erik are famous as they are the first gay couple to marry. I'm going to get back to the story and continue reading.
