Mitchel is turning out to be a very valuable asset to the company he started working part-time at as an assistant for a work training company and already amassed 8 certificates for courses he has completed since starting with the company. His instructor for the college courses he's taking has already taken a liking to him based on the courses he's gotten done. I'm curious about what Ryan's goal is with Mitchel, Ryan seems to be making a plan that includes Mitchel. I'm glad that Mitchel was able to keep his job along with the company paying for all of his training and for his drivers license. Mitchel's boss sure is impressed with him and has made it apparent by having him take tests and training in order to increase his skill level.

This was a great start to another portion of the series. I'm sure that once Devon relaxed and realized that there was nothing to do he was finally able to enjoy the rest of their honeymoon. I believe that Devon won't tell Colin about what transpired when the pilot came to restock the freezer. Devon overheard the pilot's brother in law saying something about fags being the newlywed couple who rented the island for the two weeks and that he thought it was wrong for two guys to be a couple. Devon told the pilot that the island and the house were very beautiful and that they may want to come back to spend time here again if they would be welcome as what he heard wasn't to encouraging to make them want to come back. The pilot assured Devon that they would always be welcome to come enjoy the island again. That's despite his brother in law and his homophobic mouth, he was talking wildly to him as they walked back to the plane, once there it appears that the pilot had enough crap and knocked his brother in law into the ocean. The next week was very nice for both Devon and Colin, when they get home they find that they know need to get to transylvania in search of Dracula.

This has been a truly great series so far and I'm sure there's more to come. I loved the way you had Mark fighting with himself as to which side of the aisle to sit on as he was friends with both bride and groom, I think it was Stan that finally made the choice of sides. After seeing Alex and Gabriella depart for their honeymoon Colin disappeared into the library to use the computer and set up his and Devon's own honeymoon that was long overdue. When the time came for them to leave Devon asked about saying goodbye to everyone and Colin stated that they knew they were leaving and when they'd be back. When theyarrived at the airport Devon was surprised to see that they were going to the Bahamas, once there they boarded another plane this one could land on water. They were taken to a private island who's house was all glass in the form of panels that disappear in a niche, when it was all the way open there was a warm breeze that ran through it. Colin stripped down to nothing and proceeded to tell Devon he was overdressed, Devon asked what they would be doing for 2 weeks. Colin told him that they would make love, eat, make love, lay on the beach, make love, tan and so on. I do believe that this will be a stress free vacation they needed especially after Devon being kidnapped for the second time. I hope that there isn't a third time as it might be the end of Devon as we know him. I want to say that the wedding was a true vision of beauty as it was written, you could imagine yourself attending it, with the amount of blue and white of the roses and the tuxes were all dark blue except with light blue bow ties, except Alex's which was a different color of blue to compliment Gabby's dress which was various shades of blue. It was a very nice ceremony. Thanks for writing this great series.

To me I feel like Colin is acting just like any nervous father would when giving their child off to the person who they chose to spend the rest of eternity with. Colin fretting over his first marriage, not having the love he has now with Devon. Colin feels as if he didn't love Deborah the way he now loves Devon wasn't good for her because she was never able to have this kind of love. I like the comment made by Devon "History is past you can only go forward from this point." Anyway it was something like that and it's all true, Colin needs to show everyone else that there is more important things to worry about instead of the past. I can't wait to read about the wedding and whatever adventures this group gets into. Really enjoying the story, you have a great writing style.

Gizmo turned out to be a good guy after all he saw that Devon was in trouble and went to protect him and lost his life (if you could call it that) in doing so he took a big bite out of Frederick Hoffman. Devon was told to get to know the old one aka Gizmo to be able to get a sample of Gizmos venom. When Devon got in the cage with Gizmo to gain his trust Gizmo saw Frederick with the cattle prod and got scared thinking that Devon was someone else to hurt him, Devon reassured Gizmo that he wasn't going to harm him. Frederick tried in vain to get Devon out of the cage and was told that if he wanted the samples hewould have to leave him in there. I'm glad that Colin and everyone else came to Devon's rescue and found him to be unharmed, I think Colin was extremely happy to have found Devonand gave him an extremely passionate kiss right in front of Gizmo. I'm extremely happy that the bad guys are dead and won't be a problem anymore.

I sure hope that Devon won't be hurt. He's already been through so much and this might actually be the straw that broke the camels back.I think it will be what would put him in therapy to try to get his life back under control. I hope that Colin can find him and send someone to get him back with extreme prejudice before something really happens to Devon as far as torture. I think this night of fun has been a bad idea for Amasis as I believe the only thing he thought was fun was that the people in movie were almost able to be touched almost he just doesn't understand the concept of a movie much less a 3D one. Amir seemed to have a great time dancing with all the ladies.

Very interesting chapter that left poor Jake drained and very tired, with the couple of months he spent at uncle Tom's farm I would have to say he probably worked more in the two months in and out of bed. Whether it was a suck fest or a fuck fest he did a lot of work along with the farm work that had to be done. Then the visit to New York and spending the weekend with Pat and Jon where he worked his ass off with very little sleep, I will say he sure seemed to come out ahead on this whole chapter as he was giving as much as receiving cum and fucking he will never forget that summer. I'm sure Vlad will do well with the graduate courses he plans to take at Western Reserve University next fall. His experience in Russia will help him some as the University has a Russian studies department and he could easily give them information on what it was like for him to live there. I can't wait to read more about Vlad and the others.

This was a very nice chapter as we're in the middle of summer and here you go and take us to Christmas and all of the emotions that go with it. Colin and Devon make sure that the extended family such as Gabriella & Alex, Betty & Willie get something to help get them what they feel is needed to make their situations better than they were a few moments ago. Amasis & Amir don't quite understand the holiday season as they've never been around when all of the holiday stuff came about. I think the statement that Amasis made about them helping Colin and Devon in the vampire issues as they arise. Since Amasis is a vampire I believe that will be a great asset to the VUN as he is able to track down other vampires and teach them about the serum and it's benefits. This is also an interesting chapter due to Mitch coming into their lives by confusing his dead husband Tony to Colin and when Mitch sees Devon he's reminded of himself because Colin looks like Tony and Devon looks like Mitch. When Devon told Mitch about them being vampires and the use of his translation software helping to find Amasis and Amir in Egypt and how it helped to get Amasis to trust them enough to help him get away. Mitch told Devon that the story is much to absurd not to be true so he would accept the whole thing and would tell the others who are with him and that it would remain hushed from speaking out side their group. Mitch also told Devon that if they ever need anything at all to please call him. I can't wait to read more on this vampire organization.

Another great chapter full of resentment and happiness. I for one am very very happy that Liam is back early, this way maybe Will might start to relax a bit. This issue with Derrick was uncalled for because every promise Will has ever made has been kept those kids in the shelter are special to Will, Liam, and lots of others, they have it good compared to other shelters. I'll be extremely happy when Will's mom get sent to prison for everything she has done. I hope she's made to pay back all the money she stole from Will's college fund to his shares in the company plus what they would be worth at today's rates, as well as the interest he would have accrued to date if his mother hadn't forged the signature in order to cash them out. It'll be great for Will and Liam get to see Uncle Luke again after all the years thinking he was dead. I hope that the reunion isn't short and they have a chance to get to know Uncle Luke and his family from Australia. I think Will needs to get back on track with his therapy and then he can finally relax after his mother is sentenced. I'm looking forward to reading the next chapters as you get them out.

I really love this story, another great chapter full of suspense and mystery. Amasis is going into sensory overload, just trying to figure out what everything is and how it works. I like Ladyde's question can vampires have children? It's a great question and I believe that a great deal of discussion could be had for that question. I hope that an answer could be read at some point in the story. I hope that they can find out more about the mercenaries to figure out who hired them and what they were after. I'm inclined to think that it was the Morsi brother.

I'm like the others who commented that this was a great chapter. Amasis needs to embark on his new life sooner than planned due to the fact that there were mercenaries about to come into the tunnel leading to Amasis city. Amasis is just learning to be a living breathing person again not someone pretending to be a God. Amasis thought he was a God because he never aged and had been in the underground city for more than 2000 years. I hope that they can teach him enough new information about the world as it is now before they have to travel with the group back to either Great Britain, New York, or Charleston, depending on how things go for the next few hours. I can't wait to read more about whether or not they get away from the mercenaries and how Amasis likes how much the world has changed over the centuries he was underground. Thank you for writing such great stories!!!!!

Ladyde has a good point, even if Rafa is retired doesn't mean that he's retired!!! I'm hoping that this ragtag bunch of mercenaries are the friendly sort of people. If the gang has to make a run for it will they be able to get out of the tunnels without being seen?? I'm inclined to believe that Amir will come out of his depression due to his mother's suicide and once he does he'll be much better off. Before someone gets the wrong idea about the last statement, what I mean is that he won't be holding the weight of the loss of his mother on his chest and on his soul. I hope that they can get away if necessary without being seen.

Amasis is going to have a hard time dealing with Nabia's suicide, if only she would have trusted the group more they might have been able to get through the pain of starting the serum. I hope that the Morsi family is going to be watched because of the military influence they have due to the fact that Todd's brother was a general. Amasis is going to be a changed man once he gets to a stable dose of the serum, the changes are already taking place as he's starting to get hair on his head again. Can't wait to read more about the Egyptian arm of the group.

If there's a military force in the Morsi family that might be a problem for our group of people who are trying to figure out the language and writing of the early Egyptian people. Poor Stan is going crazy trying to figure it out with the help of Buddy back in New York, he's got a lot of the ancient scrolls scanned and Buddy's trying to figure it out by using both language and writing styles. I'm with Stan in that there's such a difference in the writing and the spoken language it's going to take some time for Buddy to get the two together so they can understand it. I believe that Amasis is going to do very well with the serum, I don't know if Nabia will take the serum, even if Amasis thinks she will in time. I'm beginning to wonder if Colin's appetite is ever satisfied, he's always eating and it's always large portions at that.

I truly think that it made Amasis mad that all these years he thought of himself a God. Devon showed him that he was no more a God than anyone else in the room. Especially since Amasis screamed at everyone to get out of the chamber he was in. Colin is smart as well, he wasn't going to take any chances with Mr Morsi trying to get his hands on the language program.

I have to agree with you, Devon is a wonderful human being, his compassion is 2nd to none. He has enough smarts to start this behind Colin's back so that when Colin returned he couldn't stop the process. I hope that he made his point with Amasis, so that he can get back to taking the serum.

Colin and Devon have their hands full already and now Colin has to go back to the mansion in order to pick up Stan and Mark as a precaution to keep the language program away from Mr Morsi. Especially since he went to the mansion when no one was supposed to be there he got a shock when he got there and Mark and Stan were there. Now the two of them have to go get everything packed up and be waiting when Colin arrives for them. Mark's very happy about it because he finally gets to be on the front lines of the adventure the rest of the group are on.

Great start to the meeting with Amasis, I have a strong feeling that the group is going to be with Amasis for the foreseeable future. It seems like they're going to catch Amasis up to date on several years at least. I hope Colin can be without his coffee for a few days or weeks as they catch Amasis up to current date. Maybe after they get him caught up they can take him back to the mansion they're using as a base of operations. I don't think Mr Maris will like having them gone for so long. It's going to be getting a lot more interesting from here on for a while, at least while they're all guests of Amasis. I can't wait to read more about the time with Amasis while the group tries to keep sane.

I agree with all of the comments made on this chapter, it's definitely getting curiouser & curiouser. I'm glad Colin stood his ground as to the trust issues, Amsis wanted them drugged for the first meeting and Colin stood his ground and told Amir that they wouldn't meet under those circumstances. Now Amsis wants to meet with them at a secret location that Stan would scan the map and have the exact location in no time. It appears like Colin has impressed Mr Maris of the exceptional value of the language program that he has, the Egyptian government might just be in the market for a program like this one. If someone follows the group to the meeting with Amsis they might get more than they want when it's reported where they are without an escort of the government. I truly believe that if that happens then I think one or more of these officials won't be returning with them. They might even be able to get in a bit of site seeing done after they have their original goal accomplished, then if there's time they'll be able to go do something touristy like visit the museums that aren't at the University of Cairo.

I think Colin handled the gay couple issue with Mr Morsi, who was wide eyed as Devon was introduced as being Colin's husband, along with a few other people in their party. I hope that they can get what they want to do without a lot of people knowing what they're doing. I would be keeping an eye on that Mr Morsi so that he doesn't get into the vampire issues as they don't pertain to him.

I believe that Willie really does love Betty otherwise he would have never allowed himself to be taken off the serum even if a few days, then go back on it and go through the pain all over again. But because of the love he has for her he allowed George to remove the disc of serum so that he could turn the love of his life and then both of them go on the serum together. I believe that Colin is going to be a great liar by the time they leave Egypt after they conduct their business and maybe even sell the language program to the Cairo university at a great markup in the price. I hope that they can find the vampire they're going to find in Egypt and when they find him they can get him on the serum as well. They'll be able to prove it works just by him finding out that they're vampires as well and can go out in the daytime without any problems, and they can enjoy a relaxing meal of regular food not blood.

I think it's great that they are going to Egypt, and I also like Mark's suggestions about money talks any language. I think if Devon and Colin arrive looking all classed up that they'll get the red carpet treatment and anything that they desire will be brought to them at their hotel where it wouldn't matter that they're a couple. I believe that they'll get to know where the vampires are at, how many there are as well as being told where to find the one they're looking for, it's possible he'll come to them. If they take Mark's suggestions for all their worth it might turn out to be a very profitable trip. I can't wait to read more about Tony and Mitch maybe there could be a side story about them, who knows what may happen.

I think it's great that Sean & Mark brought buddy I I to England so they'll have access to the most up to date information on earth along with the current language program that will be able to get the current language for any vampires the teams track down. I'm glad that they have the for sight to plan ahead with a satellite dish and generator for backup if the power goes out. Sean & Mark's visit is short due to the fact that the language program designer is coming to install it himself into Buddy at Wentworth Manor in Charleston SC. I'm glad that Willie and Betty are now married and have each other, they'll be more like each other in a couple of weeks if Willie will go off serum long enough to bite her so that they can be together for life. I'm glad that Willie's daughter and granddaughter came to visit them and to be there for the wedding. I'm glad that his daughter holds no hard feelings for him not being there for her childhood and then when her mother passed away. I hope that they can continue to build the relationship between them as I don't know if Willie would be able to continue to be on the serum if something happens between him and his daughter. I feel like I'm right there as this all happens to the characters in the story. That only proves that you have a great writing style that allows your characters to come alive for your readers.

If Jeremy can be helped these are people who can help him, even though they have to reach out to the vampires to see if anyone has any experience with special needs. They're going to need a lot of help with Jeremy as he starts receiving the serum. Especially since he only trusts his sister and no one else. Colin isn't even sure if Jeremy can even get the serum. I'm glad that you have the ability to write about the issue of down syndrome and vampires in the same story.

Will and Liam have such a great relationship with each other as well as those around them, they seem to be able to bring out the best in most people they meet. I'm glad that CC will be alright after getting bit by a snake and having to stay a couple of days at the vet, now Will gets to pick her up tomorrow morning at 10 at which time he'll be able to talk to the vet. It seems like it's going to be a while before Derrick and Will start getting back to where they were before the comments Derrick made caused a considerable amount of hard feelings between them. I'm glad Will is willing to help not only Stephen but Jason as well. Will has a hard time with wanting to do anything for Stephen after what happened with Liam, but at least he made the decision himself to get the detective to take him to Liam's house so that he could apologize in person for his part in the beating that Liam endured. Will seems to know when somethings not right about the way someone's being treated, in Stephen's place it's almost like he was the mastermind behind the beating of Liam. Will thinks Stephen got a bad deal out of what happened at the school, so he feels like he has to do something about it and part of that is to get back into school. Will also wants to help Jason as well but he can't come right out and say it because it could cause him to lose his place at the shelter. I can only hope that everything will work out for both of them.
