um. the writing is good. lots of sort of nothing happened, if that makes sense. i'm very happy for them but i dont know why... so in that sense it is not a story... short stories i'm sure you know have a beginning, middle, climax and end. This is sort of all beginning .... so left me unsatisfied.

Thanks Sir. about the discipline. i think that's very true. when i've had some rough times ... people often want to hug me, but it's not what i want. i want the discipline. give me something to concentrate on.. kneeling in silence, cleaning your boots, something. i appreciate the desire to try and make me feel better, but i think it just lets me slip or stay in that not so good place.

Thanks AC. When i first gave it the title Changes ... i was thinking only of how the motorcycle accident made a difference. As i wrote, well the number of changes the boys dealt with, and we also, became a lot clearer to me. The changes never stop, do they? For all of us, all the time. Max is thinking. He's a bright kid. this makes me remember the early days with Michael Sir. asking things of me i didnt really understand. But we'd talk about it and eventually i'd understand. At first silence scared me.. had i done wrong, was He mad? Why am i kneeling here alone? it's hard and scary sometimes. But your Sir is there and there is always love and most especially the hug at the end of the lesson, or play. i think i need that now. This was very good, Sir. Very well written. Thank You. i read this again. it is the discipline, the doing, following the instructions, not knowing the why, from this we learn to trust our Sir. Reading this brings much emotion for me. it makes me not regret anything. it is a life filled with positive things, like love and peace, if we can learn to trust and believe. he is so new here, when he says "I'm sorry i disappointed'.. my heart breaks because he doesn't yet understand this is so far from the truth.

i understand Sir ... it's insane. It's beyond me why we'd allow pot and stuff. It is nuts what it does to your brain. I dont get what the govt doesnt get here.

really? oh man. drugs like marijuana or mushrooms or crack, or anything are not good for us. i used em all, never got offered mushrooms.. they do not help.. people who use anything long term get fucked up .. i knew addicts of all sorts.. none of them were functioning on a high level. Why people think any of this crap is okay i dont know.
