people think tiny dogs don't need training .. Ripley walked nicely on his leash. He was carried for a few weeks when Michael got him because .. i'm not exactly sure .. something to do with heartworm and the pup not being old enough to get the vaccine. So Michael paper trained him and the vet told him not to let him on the ground where there are other dogs till he was old enough for the vaccine.. or something like that. But after that.. he was a dog and he walked. But after that Ripley unpaper trained himself and refused to use them...and always 'told' you when he needed to go out. He'd bring your shoes or sit on the top step and whine at you.

Well, from what He told me that's about right ...lol .. i mean when i met the dog he was 17lbs and would go on doggy tears around the place.. i guess he did that as a pup too. Michael said He was always afraid he'd step on him or something.

Nice chapter, and now ... i'm sitting here listening to the wind howling outside (it's sunny and 9:21am) and i am thinking about you, C .. naked in bed with some lovely hot guy and wondering how often you have said, "Goodnight, my angel?" These things just cross my mind ...

poor lil thing...it makes me sad because they do get attached, they are not robots or stuffed toys with no feeling and people just get rid of them. it breaks my heart. getting any pet is a commitment, not just until its too much trouble for you. i remember Michael telling me when He first received Ripley ('gift' from His mom) what a lil horror he was. Michael is so big and this lil pup so small it could get under the sofa... and he used to bite. Michael said "Jesus i wanted to send him back!" But that is not my Husband.. but i can just imagine Him trying to get this tiny thing out from under the couch. i wasn't around then but i would loved to have seen that LOL

I’m not sure why I decided to write a Ballade. It’s not a simple form and you need a lot of rhyming words. The rhyming pattern is: a, b, a, b, b, c, b, C. The capitalized C is because it has a repeated refrain. There are three octaves, and each octave is 8 lines and the poet can choose the number of syllables per line. I chose 10 in this case. There are three octaves, followed by a quatrain which has the rhyming pattern: b, c, b, C I decided to write the first few lines and then wr
