By the way, I was watching a new show on Netflix the other day. It's called The Letter for the King. Amir Wilson stars as Tiuri, a young knight-in-training who is tasked to deliver an important message to the king, while being pursued by a band of mercenaries hired by someone with dark designs on two kingdoms. Awwww! He's so cute!

Easy Dulce de Leche Things You Will Need: 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk Aluminum Foil Slow Cooker 1. Fill the slow cooker 3/4 full with water, enough to completely submerge the can. Tightly wrap the can of sweetened condensed milk in aluminum foil. (at least two layers) 2. Place the can in the slow cooker. Set on low heat for eight hours. (No turning necessary) 3. Remove the can from the slow cooker, unwrap the foil, and refrigerate before opening.

I'm going to make ice cream tomorrow. I put the bowl of the ice cream machine in the freezer to chill overnight. I also have a (sealed) can of sweetened condensed milk simmering in the Crock pot. When it's done, it will turn into the most delicious dulce de leche you will ever taste. Tomorrow, I'll add it to the ice cream while it's churning.

I think I'll make German potato salad tomorrow.

Hey, Marty. Any progress on the new-old house, or are you isolating for now?

I got temporarily laid off from the restaurant. Even though we're doing takeout and delivery now, the daytime shift is so slow, I'd basically be sitting on my hands in Salad Prep. But I've had more time to spend at home with Morgan. Sometimes Mickey comes over to join us for dinner with his boyfriend, Remy, or with his little buddy, Rory. We've been watching a lot of Netflix, cooking in the kitchen (very carefully), or playing old board games to pass the time. I thought I might introduce Mickey to your stories on the Kindle Store, Comsie.
