    We had dinner at 7 Monks Taproom, then went out for ice cream at Moomer's. I tried a new flavor called The Sand Bar, which is cinnamon-flavored ice cream with swirls of honey and pieces of pecan shortbread cookies. 😋

    If I could be any celebrity, real or imagined, I'd like to think that I would be Aang, from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Without all of the firebenders chasing me around, of course. My life is stressful enough, parenting two kids and maintaining the household, on top of a part-time job as a line cook. That's all the responsibility I can handle. Peaceful, gentle, just a really chill guy who likes to have fun and make people laugh. Oh, but if you hurt my friends, watch out! Practical-minded, good at compromising and mediating arguments...I see so much of myself in Aang.
