  2. No, really. So-called "Hawaiian pizza" was actually created by Sam Panopoulos, a restaurant owner in Ontario, Canada. "Hawaiian" was actually the name of the brand of canned fruit they used.
  3. Pineapple pizza was made by Canadians. Pineapple on a burger is Australian. We, the people of America, had nothing to do with either of those things.
