One thing I'd like to do soon, is find a different job from the one I'm currently working. I mean, I don't HATE the work I'm doing at a restaurant. But, I feel like I need a change of scenery, you know? I've been working in the same place since May 2019. Slinging salads and warming up appetizers isn't so hard, and I've been doing it for almost five years, now! I'd like to look for something a little more challenging, that actually uses my skills. And a bigger paycheck wouldn't hurt, either! -

At the restaurant, we use dill, parsley, and chives for the herbs. Other than that, all I can say is that the texture is thinner and more creamy than the storebought dressing made in a certain valley that's difficult to locate.

Hey again, Terry! I know it's a bit early for the Chinese calendar, but we decided to have a Chinese-inspired menu for December 31st. Hoisin spare ribs, Lion's Head Meatballs, Taiwanese beef noodles, and egg custard tarts will be making an appearance on the table. We still need to figure out a vegetarian dish or two to round out the meal. I even asked a cousin of mine, who's a frequent visitor to China, to send us some moon cakes.
