  1. It was indeed orbiting Earth, for several months. It's called "1991 VG".
  2. Thanks to Instagram's algorithm, I've learned of an upcoming film called Young Hearts, directed by Anthony Schatteman. Here's the summary from IMDB: "Elias (14) feels attracted to his new neighbour Alexander (14). Soon he realizes that he's truly in love for the first time. The interactions with his friends and family bring more questions than answers. Confused by his burgeoning feelings, Elias tries to sort out his inner chaos to prove that he is worth Alexander's heart." Based on that description, and from what I've seen on the official Instagram page, it looks like the conflict will be closer to "Man vs Self", rather than "Man vs Society". But nothing too angsty, like Close; the story will be overall more positive and cheerful.
  3. In 1991, a transitory object entered Earth's field of gravity and began a slow orbit around the planetary body. The object, now called 1991 VG, measured 33 meters wide. Lacking the necessary mass to maintain orbital velocity, it fell to the surface after two or three months. This means that, for a brief period, we had a second moon.
  4. Hey, Dugh and Mum. I hope all is well. I didn't mean to offend you. I know Groundhog Day is a "tradition"; but to me, it seems silly to create an entire holiday based on something so unscientific. They are pretty cute, though.
  5. for Nick. I hope you can feel better tomorrow, buddy.
  6. My kid still likes to cuddle when we watch a movie on the weekend. He's nearly twelve now, so I don't know how much longer I have until he becomes the same as your kids. I'll just try to enjoy every moment while it lasts.
  7. Buying precooked rotisserie chicken makes this a great option if you want to avoid heating up your kitchen.
  8. I hope not! The story implies that the first kid might have a crush on his new pal.
  9. I have no idea. I don't pay attention to that nonsense. 🤷‍♂️
  10. I like that short film, though this is one of my favorites.
  11. Actually, most of our snow has melted off, though it still gets pretty cold. It seems winter is looking short this year.
  12. Hey, Gary! Glad to hear that.
  13. I can think of a few things.
  14. What you didn't see was the fourth judge, holding up a number '1' card. Altogether, that reads "1000".
  15. Nope. Not shocked at all.
  16. The only reason you don't like Brussels sprouts, is because you've never had any that were properly prepared. (You need lots of bacon. And cheese.)
  17. Still doesn't prove anything.
  18. I never said that I think people should or shouldn't eat pineapple on pizza; I merely pointed out the true origin of pineapple pizza.
  19. That title is already taken by Drew.
  20. No, really. So-called "Hawaiian pizza" was actually created by Sam Panopoulos, a restaurant owner in Ontario, Canada. "Hawaiian" was actually the name of the brand of canned fruit they used.
  21. Pineapple pizza was made by Canadians. Pineapple on a burger is Australian. We, the people of America, had nothing to do with either of those things.
  22. @Comicality @MrM Hahaha! The British Boys are one of my favorite things on YouTube! But why does Theo look so disgusted in the thumbnail?
  23. Hey, Drew! How are you doing today?
  24. Hey, Nick, you loveable goofball!
