TJ Chapter 14 John did show up for school Monday morning. Okay, haven't finished the chapter yet. But I couldn't resist this. And everyone says, "Kage, however, was a different beast!" Sorry, Airplane, is one of my favorite movies of all time.

Stupid Carter. Doesn't even know Kelly isn't really there and keeps talking to him anyway. But Gavin did the same with imaginary Carter. He only knew Carter was real because of thump, thump, thump. And you have to remember, Gavin said he was sexually active with guys before he became a wolf.

I was so confused when I started this book. I was convinced it was the past at the beginning because I was like who the hell is this Ezra person. "Would you hear me, Dear?" grrrrr.

I love Gordo. SO! FRACKING! MUCH! There are also very subtle hints in this book as to the hidden relationship between Gordo and the sassy one. By the end, I had it figured out who they were.

So, I've listened to this series three times, and I fracking love it. I have visited TJ's website and read that he had about half of this story written already when I think it was his partner suggested he write it as the shifter book he was always talking about writing but never taking the chance. So, he had to go back rewrite a lot of the first half of the book. So, that might account for some of the issues you had with the story.

I just want to go check out the classic car so we can FINALLY find the effing laptop everybody has a hardon for.

Okay so random thought and just to clarify I'm not a fan of mpreg stories...but if Elijah were to shift into a woman would he have the baby-making parts??? so there could in theory be little Kagijah's running around in the future. *Never mind...one should always read ALL the comments before one shares one's opinion on a subject.

Did anyone else notice that Loren's first and only suggestion to try to keep Jay from leaving is for Jay to sell his house and move in with Loren. Even when the thinks he's comprising he still comes off as selfish.

Okay, so I read the Dark Tower series by Stephan King and finished the damn books (I was more than a little pissed that the ending of the last book was the beginning of the first book), but he went and wrote himself into the story at one point. I couldn't help thinking to myself, "He has to be one megalomaniac for writing himself into the story. I mean come on, seriously, get over yourself Mr. King." Now having read the last chapter of this installment, I can't help but to think, "Carlos should change his name to S. King. Effing conceited authors thinking they're important enough to be in the damned story." J/K!!!! Love you lots! Even though it was the right decision to make, CJ made the decision to leave Mexico City and his job and everything they built there without consulting Ozzie. I know Ozzie would have told him to leave it all behind, let's go home, but still I saw a little bit of the cocky, overly self-assured teenager come through at the end. I wouldn't be surprised of Owen points that out to him once they're back together in Florida and higher than a giraffe's ass on stilts.
