I got a kick out of this! So interesting to see the different perspectives of WAR readers and String-only readers. Mr. Reilly having a temper comes as no surprise to WAR readers. But you don't need Mr. Reilly's background to enjoy the story, which is what I was going for.

My band director actually did take our music away one time and replace it with something mind-numbingly easy to prove a point. We learned our lesson! As for the sex, you're right. It was a heat of the moment thing to satisfy the urges that the boys had been struggling with for a long time. But sex is a tricky thing.

It took me a while to figure out that what Danny wants most of all is for Jake to be happy. He's always been there for him, even though being around him makes him feel things he's not completely comfortable about. But he also knows he's not the one who Jake needs to be truly happy.

Yay! DQ, good to hear from you! My grandmother was the string that held that side of the family together, and my dad was the string of the other side. If not for facebook, I'd have lost touch with much of the family. I thought my mother was holding my immediate family together, but it turned out to be my sister, as even after mom's death she still holds us together.
