I think there is much more than friendship between Nathan and Jonah’s dad. Maybe he can move into the dads room and free up his bedroom as a private lounge for them? 😉

I can’t get over how consumed I am with this story. I’ve actually thought about it all day at work. I just found this series yesterday so I’ve read it all in one sitting up this chapter today. I can’t get Gianni out of my mind. That poor kid!!

Honestly....yes I would vote for him. He’s a lot more centrist than many others. And he has integrity!!! Huge bonus! I may have voted for Trump, and will most likely ore for him again, I really don’t like him as a person. CJ is someone I could respect, even when I disagreed with him.

I don’t understand why Harrison had such a problem with what the two boys were doing. I really resent straight boys who react like that. I’m sure he’s been sexually active with girls, so why is it such a big thing that his brother and his friend mess around? Can’t stand the double standard!

Always love your writing, even when I disagree with the content. But, we will rarely agree on politics or social issues LOL. Doesn’t keep me from loving the story and your writing. The house sounds like it’s going to be beautiful once completed.

I’ve been checking every day to see if a new chapter had posted. This is by far one of the best series I’ve read! Robbie took a huge first step in this chapter. Being able to admit what happened was the first crack in the dam that is holding back his recovery. Once that dam breaks, he will hopefully be flooded with confidence and the understanding that he’s not at fault. Believing we caused it to happen is one the biggest lies our minds tell us. Small step, but a very important one for him!! -
One of the things I most admire and enjoy about your writing is that you keep it close to reality and aren’t victim to always providing a happy ending. Life certainly throws us curve balls, and a happy ending is not one of life’s most frequent gifts. Brad will have the love and support of his entire extended family which already gives him much better options than many of our service personnel. For those who were touched by Brad’s situation, please consider donating to Wounded Warrior Project or some other charity designed to benefit wounded service personnel. Thanks Carlos for a great story, and for bringing to light the challenges faced by so many in our military!

Unfortunately, Sue will run into a crying and hysterical Alex first when she gets home. I can see Alex telling Sue that Robbie tried to force himself on Alex, and he hurt Robbie trying to keep him away. And with Robbie either passed out, or not able to remember events due to the new injury on his head, Alex’s story will stick. Then Robbie will be an even more hated part of the school and community and poor Alex will be let off completely and even gain some pity points. And.....Don can use Alex’s version to force Robbie into therapy. As a way for Robbie to avoid jail for trying to sexually assault Alex, Don can force him to attend conversion “therapy”. This could get very ugly very quickly for Robbie. -

I hope Nathan gets ran over by a bus. Can’t stand him! He was always trouble and never deserved Robbie. Alex...that boy has some Serious issues. I’m sure he was probably abused repeatedly by his dad, but that doesn’t give him the right to abuse someone else. I feel sorry for him, but he crossed a line tonight. will Robbie ever find happiness? Why doesn’t he just move back to England? He has plenty of money and he’s 16. So he’s old enough to make his own decisions now.
