    I feel you, tim. As much as I've tried lately, I can't get the voices in my head to talk to me. I have ideas of what I want to write, get ready to, and then nothing comes out. I look back over what I wrote, published here on GA and other places, and wonder if the spark to be a Storyteller is still there or not.

    And what you watch and listen to. There's a whole new genre on YouTube of AI create songs. Everything from the vocals to the music AI created, and you can have it sung by your favorite artist.

    Since being back on GA, I've noticed on a couple of stories, it's like people are posting AI synopsis of the chapter/story. Am I wrong and just seeing something not there?

    I had to work the 4th of July and had today off as my holiday. I ended up doing a small walk in the morning, and staying inside all day. The heat when I opened the door for the Wal-Mart delivery almost knocked me over.

    Sounds like an allergic reaction. My friend's dog was doing the same, and the vet recommended soaking the paw in epson salt after every trip outdoors to see if it was environmental. It wasn't. turned out to be a food allergy.

    At work, we use the Sanctuary Model of Trauma-Informed care. A part of that is to develop individualized safety plans. Something that can help you get control of your emotions when you realize you're becoming to overly emotional. Watching Capybara videos is part of my safety plan. Reminds me to embrace my inner Capybara.

    tim, I am sorry that you're going through this, but I know you can pull through this. You're a strong man, with a good heart. On a personal note, this hit me directly in the feels this morning when I read it. I've been having similar thoughts and feelings.
