Was it on PBS? That went under my radar. I usually watch Masterpiece Mysteries.
-
That is a good show. I stopped watching it, though... not sure why. Maybe I'll pick it up again. I recently finished a mini-series called 'Night Manager', on Prime. Based on a John Le Carre novel (an author I love) starring Tom Hiddleston and Hugh Laurie. Espionage, intrigue, suspense. I really enjoyed it.

Hello, DiCsters. I'm supposed to be working today, but this cold morphed into something harsher, so I'm at home, for now. Sounds like you all had pleasant holidays, glad to hear it. I'll be happier once New Year's is over. Flying out to LA to meet my niece.

I hope the procedure runs smoothly and the prognosis is good, A.

To the boy (@Mikiesboy) who gifts us with humor, friendship and extraordinary writing all year long - here's to another trip around the sun. Happy Birthday. (Image: "Tim Horton's" by Scott Listfield)

gender & sexuality "Wearing men's clothes doesn't make you a boy."
MacGreg commented on Thorn Wilde's blog entry in The Fantastic Mr. Wilde
As the saying goes, clothes don't make the man. You should wear whatever you want, whenever you're in the mood for it. Trousers, skirt, binder, cufflinks, heels - whatever feels good to put on, wear that.- 11 comments

Just did the same. Damn Christmas cold.

I'm a fanatic about fixing things, too. Doesn't always work, and yet I can't stop trying to find homes for those stray dots. you illustrate it well with your words.
-
Happy Anniversary, you two. May there be many more wiggling moments ahead.

A ride to remember.

Good night, friends.

Poetry should evoke emotion when read, and this does just that, repeatedly. There's nostalgia and melancholy in each line that is deeply felt. Wonderful.

Guess I always lived in shitty apartment buildings where nobody noticed or cared about fire safety. Lol.
-
Well, no, eviction's not an option. Is your building old? Could explain the stricter rules. Lack of building code fire-resistant walls, etc.

What kind of lobby doesn't have a chair??

Make a wreath out of condoms and bows. If you're told to remove it, at least you'll have shocked the nimwit who snitched on you.
-
A paper wreath?
-
Even a plastic one?

Excellent.

Hello, my girl. Hump Day!

I work overtime every day. But then I'm salaried, so it doesn't equate to extra cash in my pocket.

So you didn't "gently shoo".
