Big Brother with Ultimate Big Brother Powers
FanLit commented on Mrsgnomie's story chapter in Big Brother with Ultimate Big Brother Powers
Congratulations Brother Daddy Matt and Boss Nanny Seamus. 🎉 👨👨👦 You have built this up so very, very, well. Thank you,” Matt smiled. He closed his eyes in ecstasy the moment the ice cool, smooth chocolate hit his tongue. “Mmmm.” When Matt opened his eyes, Seamus was looking a bit terrified. “Sorry,” Matt said. “It’s the closest thing to sex I’ve had in a long time.” I think there are going to be a couple of terrified looking people this weekend....I hope they are terrified looking several times, lol!!- 40 comments

Intriguing characters and the usual engaging buildup of a Mrsgnomie story. Looking forward to Matt’s “Aha” moment to Seamus’ interest and what they will do about it, Aido Potato is a factor regardless of how this plays out; They are already the cutest little family.

Needed laugh after this story.

This is a departure from your usual but still well done. I don’t usually do horror but I’m always willing to give anything you write a read. I’m glad that Billy had a friend in the magpie and sad for just about every other aspect of his life. I certainly hope the other passenger in Colin’s truck wasn’t another child. Wonder what truly did happen to Alice....

Beautiful and tragic story. I do believe in reincarnation, though I don’t believe we always consciously remember our past lives. If future lives are karma for past lives, I wonder what new life awaited Thomas Johansson, Miriam for that matter, as well.

So several phrases jumped out at me in this reading: “Planting his feet next to him, Coy, now fully dressed, unbuttoned as well, and matching streams soon sparkled in the sunlight”.-The thought of glistening pee made me chuckle, 🤷♀️ “Yep… but I reckon a good sleep is a good sign. Makes the day look a whole bunch better.”-A well rested night is truly underrated. “The trees on this side of the river had become even taller—and farther apart—and there’d been no bushwhacking to do.”-This was a reminder of how many trails were truly “blazed” during these times, the first on any path often have the hardest journey. (literally and figuratively) “chewing hardtack and the last of their bitter cheese”-I’m assuming it was a hard cheese, as soft cheese wouldn’t travel well, was bitter cheese the name of the cheese and if not, what was it? “I heard a rabbit scream across the river”-That this was the action of a normally quiet animal evoked such a violent image in my head (guess that it was screaming in a trap also helped), lol. One did what one had to do. “Before he had a chance to disturb the water, he saw a good-sized trout in the shallows, and managed to get his hand underneath and tickle it.” -This tickled me, lol!! I vaguely recall reading about this as a method for catching fish before, what an interesting skill.

So in addition to being a murderer, Will was also guilty of a hate crime; sadly during those times he wasn’t the only one guilty of that transgression....the number of unreported crimes (of all types for that matter) committed back have to be astronomical. What an awful, awesome burden for Coy to have carried around....knowing how much his brother hated “corn holers” and fearful of the the threat his hatred was to Boone. What a thorough coward Will truly was-never confronting Boone directly because he was a better marksman and “sidewinding” to kill Wes and Lee. Coy’s punch, as well as withholding the depths of Will’s homophobia were acts of protecting Boone without his knowledge. Coy’s love for Boone is unquestionable, however the facets of that love is and had Coy been given the time to explore his feelings, he might know by now. Free of displeasing Will and his mother, he’s clearly making up for lost time; though it will be bittersweet for Boone, the best thing he can do is “not to influence the man”. How many more time will Coy forget to make camp? What will change when he remembers to? Will Boone roll with Daisy the next time they make a stop? *Tune in next week to find out in the latest, exciting installment of....Sidewinder* 🐍

Let's talk about standards

Don’t feel bad about being a word nerd, I am too, lol. ✋ -
Oh man. Did Eric strike again? Only one way to find out. Damn. Damn. Damn. And, as much as I like a possessive man, I think Ren is a bit too much.
-
Hmm.... This is chapter 9 and there are 20 chapters so of course this wasn’t smooth sailing and we need to know what drove Jonah to flee to Italy. Eric doesn’t stand a chance, I wonder when he’ll realize that and Chris’ “pathetic self” left a little cause for concern.

Birthday Party and Jealous Conniption Fits
FanLit commented on Aditus's story chapter in Birthday Party and Jealous Conniption Fits
Eric is a big, stinky piece of shit. 💩 Chris got what he deserved and got off very lucky to keep Jonah as a friend. Ren deserves the chance to state his case and Jonah, for all the growing up he needs to do, should be happy, it’s time for him to move on and take a chance and cut his hair and get that picture off the fridge, lol. -
Nice, LOL. Meant to mention before-I love his name: Jonah de Rossi. Then to find out his sister’s name is Stefania de Rossi? Very pretty. Bravo to Michael’s desensitization, lol!!
-
Alessandro and Michael- perfect antidotes for Ren and Eric (what is he telling Chris about his reasons for being ALL in Jonah’s business?)
-
Between oranges, olives and lemons, I’m salivating and not from the produce, lol. I’m a born and bred city girl but I think there is some farm country gene in me because living in places like that....WOW. Thank you for having Jonah visit there. WHY would Jonah want to hang out with Chris?!?! He knows he’d bring Eric, which is bad enough, to have Ren there made it worse and they all deserve Michael’s “assist” in giving Jonah a great evening; If they could’ve kept it strictly friends, J&M could’ve had a real good night together (he’s not out of your league, Michael, ) Your story synopsis gave the indication Eric might have some boundary issues but I give two fucks about him or Chris, excuse my French (heck of a wake up call for Chrissy boy, though) Good. *He gets what he gets and he can’t get upset* The fallout from Michael and Jonah’s production will be verrrrryinteresting....
-
Like?!?! Let’s not forget the large tattoo that starts at his neck (and I suspect stops on his heart). Dude’s in looooove. He already thinks of Jonah as his: “Yes, I got it for Valentine's Day..." And before I knew it I blurted out, "Oh. From your partner?" He shook his head. "No, for him. The dove represents his name." "Ahh, so it's really a dove." Then I snickered. "Your boyfriend's name is Dove? Really?" "Yes." Jonah really is clueless, smh, I bet his eyes are light violet, lol!!
-
Mine means “God is gracious” ☺️.
-
They’re perfect for each other, lol. I bet their first time sex will make him forget Eric’s name, lol!! I am intrigued how Ren knows so much about Jonah enough to be so deeply in love with him and Jonah didn’t even know of his existence.

“Somewhere during my flight to Catania, while writing my journal, I had realized no matter where you run, there you are.” TRUTH⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ I’m liking Ren and his intense focus on Jonah, “Run baby run. When I catch you…“ 😁 Since we’re backtracking, I’m thinking Jonah’s latest flight involves Ren, somehow. Living amidst an old orange grove sounds heavenly and impulsivity should be considered a minor sin if it isn’t tempered with maturity. Much as I like Jonah, seems like he’s author of that minor sin right now, lol.

Breakfast and French Onion Soup
FanLit commented on Aditus's story chapter in Breakfast and French Onion Soup
As engaging as you are making this situation, I don’t think it’s cool that Chris and Eric are dating; I was shocked in the previous chapter that Chris was even consulting Jonah on whether or not his dance moves would interest his long term ex boyfriend (even if it might have been Ren behind the provocation) Unless Chris got some type of previous okay from Jonah (and that is a very shaky permission slip) he should consider himself lucky they are still friends....or maybe this will change as the story progresses. If I were Jonah, I wouldn’t be running away, I’d be cutting people out (and they’d be Chris and Eric shaped). -
That thought crossed my mind, too.

This is a very engaging story; No doubt little Tristan’s father is Peter and he’s pining over losing Big Tristan. What a precious soul for Little Tristan’s biggest Christmas wish to be for his father and not for himself. Peter has some explaining to do, something tells me he’ll get the chance to do it.

Chapter 12 Confessions and Commandments
FanLit commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 12 Confessions and Commandments
What a rich chapter of revelation. ”Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion.” When I read these words, I marveled over their beauty and that lead me to the thought of how special the book it came from is-not because it is the literal word of God but because it is the word as it was received by the devout....whether given to him on tablets from a mountain or through whispers in times of sorrow, comfort and joy. It’s open to manipulation but there is a clear thread of right and wrong that rings through and true. And that was before I saw your passage: “But, I don’t think anyone can speak for what God thinks—not even a preacher—but everyone seems to think they have the right. Lots of things in the bible don’t make a lick of sense to me, not if I know God like I think I do. For sure there’s comfort in some of it, but men wrote that book… not the Lord hisself.” Then. THEN, there was this: “It wasn’t all a dream. I did do that.” “Did what?” “I kissed you… when I thought you were dead.” I KNEW IT❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️ LMAO❣️❣️❣️❣️ Thank you for the confirmation Coy’s confession of his kiss to Boone also showed how one’s realization of who they are takes different paths....some know right away....others come to a latent recognition after a search of the soul that may involve denial and suppression. The conversation between these two was overdue and gives Boone faith a smidge bigger than a mustard seed for the future he wants. There are worse things than sharing a bedroll to keep loneliness away....maybe the day will come that it is more than that but for this night, it’s enough. 🍻 What will the dawn bring for our intrepid explorers? How much longer until Larskspur? Will Coy and Boone find what they’re looking for when they get there? *Tune in next week to find out in the latest, exciting installment of....Sidewinder* 🐍 -
