I did some checking and it turns out that I might have been misled by his stance on the media,(run by his opposition)and a smear campaign. But in truth this story was related to me by an OLD teacher...who was not the most "open minded" about the world around him. -
Agreed I could see him trying to pull a John Hinckley I'm fine with how things have happened so far, but like I said above...so I'm just gonna hold on to the stuff.

Yes I am and the reason I mentioned him is that he was as loony as Canadian money. During one of his interviews he placed a pillow case over his head and yelled he couldn't see the reporters and left. And we elected him.(as a state not personally) -

Y'all want talk about crazy, Huey P. Long. That's all I gotta say. I could never work for a cold business. God don't let the Old Ones see cartoons on the internet or everything will go to Bedlam. -
The thing about hospitals is they want business but no foot traffic. If there are walk-ins then it may be difficult to separate sightseers from would be patients and time is always a factor. So although some hospitals do have gift shops they are there for a quick I need something for someone.

They are called HIPAA violations, and be brought up in court but fighting doctors is kinda hard. (Worked at a hospital for 3-4 years) depending on what's in the vapor is one thing, but you need evidence and there is a bit of bureaucracy in bringing charges up. If it was his personal paraphernalia vs the hospital's stock is another charge all together. Vapor inhalation is to be less scientific the most safe form of smoking as the amount of carcinogens is drastically reduced as to burning paper. So it's a battle of time, evidence, witnesses, (did the cop listen in) as opposed to hear/say from a strung out on again off again suicidal musician. (Doctors and lawyers in the family)
