A sweet chapter that reveals Roger is not as shy in private as he is in public. 😂 I guess Josh wasn’t far off the mark with his concerns over Roger’s experience as while he may not actually be more experienced he’d definitely willing to let Josh know what he wants not that Josh is exactly acting shy himself. 😉

Eh, I doubt this will happen as everything points to Roger being gay yet I hope it doesn’t turn out that Josh is jumping to conclusions. I mean he’s already imagining shy Roger as being sexually experienced but he has no hard proof he’s even gay. I mean his shyness about physical contact with the other guys and his apparent desire to take care of an injured Josh highly indicates he’s gay yet you’ve got to be careful with your assumptions as it could blowup in your face if you’re wrong.

Sigh, as already mentioned the royal family is very self-centered especially Luis. I mean he seems to think, along with all of the royal family, that he’s entitled to be in his son’s life just because he’s the sperm donor. He also whines about Aidan punishing him as if they haven’t mistreated Aidan beyond reproach and all of them just seem to consider Aidan as being unreasonable. Not to mention how 99% of his inner monologue and even some of what comes out of his mouth is purely sexual feelings towards Aidan rather than love. I mean he’s drooling over Aidan, thinking about how badly he wants to have sex with him, verbally comments on how sexy he is, etc. That’s not love that’s lust though I do believe Luis loves him despite his hormones being in control most of the time. Luis’s hormone driven attitude and his intrusive, pushy behavior is not winning him any points with Aidan and admittedly even Aidan’s fond flashbacks of Luis seem to be mostly sexual so eh if he could find a good guy I could see him truly getting over Luis eventually as considering their rocky start I don’t think it’s remotely impossible for him to love someone else. Still, while I hate Luis’ attitude Aidan can’t really resist him so I know they’ll get back together eventually. Now I am concerned for Luis’ health as that crashed seemed pretty bad and I’m getting it’ll be a factor in bringing them back together as Aidan will likely be distraught when he learns what happened.

I can understand the priest’s viewpoint a little as it seems harsh to keep Luis away from his son yet I also agree that they don’t need him. With all the love he has surrounding him I don’t think Jacob will suffer for not having his sperm donor around. Luis’ old self centered, delusional side has surely returned as he seemed to think Aidan would just come back to him like nothing happened. Hindsight is 20/20 so while he may be remorse now he can’t change the past. Not saying reconciliation isn’t possible but it’s going to take more than simply saying he’s sorry.

Justin & Ethan being together kinda makes sense as they’d surely have grown close over these few years together while helping raise Jacob. Kinda disappointed Aidan is being motivated by revenge rather than compassion yet whatever works. Can’t blame him for his anger towards the royal family though I thought he’d be more compassionate concerning the welfare of the civilians.

I don’t blame Aidan at all but I expect he’ll have a change of heart eventually. I can’t see him standing by while people die nor can I see him truly sitting by while Luis specifically dies despite his betrayal of their vows.

I’m not blaming the victim as it’s terrible Luis was raped but I thought he’d eventually remember that even though the king & everyone disregarded it that Aidan made those claims about William. Kinda thought that deep down despite his distrust of Aidan that he might be a little suspicious of William if her remembered that, especially given back when he danced with William he seemed to have a strange feeling about him as well as how at first when William showed up all these years later his initial reaction didn’t seem overly positive towards William’s presence. Sadly he didn’t distrust him in the least and his plan worked perfectly. In retrospect I wonder with hindsight being 20/20 if Luis will eventually realize getting blackout drunk off one glass or wine is very odd.

If Luis has returned to being a playboy then this should be an easy retrieval mission though if he has to be crowned king for true success then I assume he’ll need to be married to someone which is the hard part. Luis will likely be reluctant to be remarried considering the tragedy of his last marriage but perhaps they’ll make an exception where he’s crowned while still single. He also may have met someone while traveling of course not to mention there’s always the chance William will try to seduce him to the point of marriage though that sounds like a unlike plan as it would take awhile.

When Aidan passed out and then ate a lot I kinda guessed this was heading towards male pregnancy so I’m not too shocked. Seems like that hot blooded night was some sort of magical trigger for this pregnancy. I’m guessing it’s just not a brotherly bond I’ve ever shared and I’m reading too much into it yet is it possible Aidan has feelings for Ethan? I mean he now knows they’re not blood related, he considers him. gorgeous & cute, he gets pleasure out of watching him sleep, enjoys sleeping in his arms, and sniffed his “aroma “ seemingly getting some enjoyment from it. The whole aroma sniffing thing is the main one that sticks out as a little weird and perhaps implies some non-platonic feelings as...well to be stereotypical it’s kinda gay to enjoy another guy’s scent. 😂

Let it go is so 2013. 😂 Sigh, everyone needs to realize that you can’t just forget the past and if you do you’re an idiot as you’ll never learn anything. I can’t blame Luis too harshly as I can see things from his point of view and saying you’ll stand by someone regardless is easier said than done. The “evidence” was pretty damning and for a place devoid of homophobia they definitely don’t like witchcraft as part of their main argument against Aidan is the fact he’s a warlock as it gets brought up repeatedly as if it’s as bad as murder & attempted murder. Part of me wants the most likely conclusion of reconciliation to happen while another part of me agrees with Ethan about Aidan deserving someone better than Luis though I doubt strongly that he’ll end up with someone else.

To be fair video evidence is pretty damning and for a while there I wondered if this energy Aidan had been possessed by lately was causing a split personality. The priest supposedly had visions of the future yet he sorta led Aidan down the wrong path as part of the problem was Aidan hiding his powers & the attempted theft of the scepter from everyone. I mean if he had told them about all of that and the priest had corroborated his story it would have likely meant they wouldn’t have fallen for William’s tricks. Of course since apparently witchcraft is considered a terrible evil there he definitely would have needed the priest to back him up on his powers being from a divine source as the king might not have been happy with the idea of him having warlock-like abilities so I can understand why the priest advised him not to reveal his abilities. Ugh the priest’s non-intervention deal is annoying as I’m assuming his vision had something to do with this outcome yet he as a priest is prone to due left it up to divine providence and chose not to reveal what he saw. If he was meant to foresee it you’d think he’d be allowed to use the information to alter events as otherwise it’s a bit pointless.

I guess it’ll take a warlock attack for Aidan to embrace his powers rather than ignore them. King Herod is in for a surprise.

I love Luis’ change of heart yet I’m worried that if/when he learns about Aidan’s abilities he’ll begin to doubt his feelings as he may start to think Aidan bewitched him. Hopefully that won’t happen as it will surely break Aidan’s heart.

Thank goodness Aidan’s inner witch or whatever saved him from such a horrible fate. Kinda seemed obvious when the priest blessed him and the trident flew around him that something was unique about Aidan to the point even the priest has no idea what was going on. I think Aidan is wrong and Luis has definitely begun to care for him yet I also doubt Luis will admit to his own feelings. I mean when he noticed Aidan was gone he supposedly didn’t care where he was which implies he’s denying his true emotions and will likely give Aidan the impression that his guess that it was an emotionless purely sexual act is accurate. Still, it’s a step in the right direction.

You know I understand where the queen is coming from to a point but she’s kinda blind to her son’s faults. How is Aidan supposed to make things work when it takes two to make a happy marriage? It shouldn’t be up to him to somehow turn Luis into a good husband and Aidan typically isn’t the one starting the arguments so if she’s implying he should become a doormat for Luis to trample on she needs a reality check. 😔 I know things will somehow workout in the end but poor Aidan has definitely gotten the worst of it even if I can somewhat understand Luis’ anger over being forced to marry someone against his will as the situation isn’t fair to him either despite the fact it’s sorta fitting karma.

Ugh, Santiago has no idea what he’s in for and I bet even pure hearted Praveen is feeling some pity for him. Santiago’s inner monologue has me thinking’s he’s actual bi or closeted & gay was he seemed to have some feelings for Praveen which if that’s the case is going to make his marrying into the family a little weird. Then there’s Antonio who will not like having him around Praveen. Kinda surprised that Santiago is interested in marrying Andrea and I pity Andrea a tiny bit as I’m sure she thought they meant Ethan who she apparently has feelings for. Ah arranged marriages in this age...don’t tend to happen anymore for a good reason lol

Poor Praveen needs to keep his guard up around Andrea...though I can’t imagine ever leaving my wallet unattended even if I trusted everyone around me. Still, while I expected her to pull something that was an very unexpected dirty trick though it’s lucky that mother & granny are so oblivious for once as it was in Praveen’s favor this time. I mean they’re blind to the fact Andrea is behind it as usual as they tend to see things through rose tinted glasses yet at least they don’t distrust Praveen. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Poor guy needs a divorce ASAP or something as nothing is worth the hell he’s going through.

I think Praveen and Antonio will end up together in the end...but as @tesao says considering his actions even if he realizes the truth of how much of a better person Praveen is compared to Bruce I think Praveen deserves better than him. They’re just not a good match and it kinda annoys me that Adrian is insisting Praveen fight for Antonio considering the situation as he should just tell him to divorce & find someone better as he doesn’t remotely know Antonio well enough to justify his belief that he’ll make Praveen happy in the end. Kinda rooting for Ethan to comfort Praveen and them to end up together as he seems like a really sweet guy...but that’s not the likely ending to this story. Ethan also is a little naive or just plain dumb so eh maybe he’s not a perfect match either lol

I’m wondering how Praveen’s heart keeps breaking and how he’s even surprised at this point as of course Bruce would show up. I know that it’s likely that the end goal is that Antonio stops being a prick and opens his eyes to how great Praveen is...but maybe Praveen could end up with a sweet if naive guy like Ethan. I can’t understand how delusional and blind everyone in Antonio’s family is, as well as Ethan, as none of them beyond Andrea seem to be able to see the obvious emotions playing out on Antonio’s face. I mean he doesn’t seem like that great of an actor and considering the big blowup & blackmail of how this marriage happened I can’t believe any of them can actually believe Antonio is in love with Praveen. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I guess you sometimes only see what you want to see and poor Praveen is controlled by guilt as he feels like he has has to make everyone else happy at the cost of his own happiness.

She claims this is for her son’s happiness but this psycho witch is doing all this for herself. Almost everyone in this story is thinking more of themselves than others as well as looking at things with rose tinted spectacles. I mean Praveen’s best friend & aunt are all about how amazing this guy is who they don’t even know not to mention the false impression they have of this woman, who’ll supposedly be an amazing mother-in-law. Then you got Antonio’s family who are more concerned about pride and losing their money than his happiness. I mean Andrea seems nice enough on the surface yet even though what she says may be logical she’s clearly more concerned over money & family pride/appearances than her brother’s happiness. Poor Praveen is completely in the dark as he’s essentially being guilt tripped into marrying a guy that secretly hates him and thinks his family tricked his so they could steal their wealth.

Conner on paper does seem like a good guy but when you get to know him he’s controlling, critical, insensitive, ridiculously jealous, etc. I mean I get being health conscious yet his attitude over things like the Red Bull is over the top not to mention that comment about Robbie not being “in shape” is a pretty insulting thing to say especially to your boyfriend. Then I find it hilarious that between the two he’s sorta the sex maniac yet he’s jealous of his sister’s completely straight boyfriend. Sigh, if only Rory was bi he’d be a great boyfriend. In retrospect Conner should stick to “dating” over Skype as he’s sure to come off less annoying when you can mute him. I’m still not a Nathan fan but I hope it works out as Robbie deserves better.

It’s a perfect ending or as perfect an ending for everyone as there could be given the situation, though if I had to nitpick is there not any other church in the area? I just can’t understand Karl & Rhonda insisting Jason attend that church surely knowing how miserable it would be for him. Doesn’t take a genius to know his hypocrical father would be going on a homophobic rant nor does it leave much to the imagination that brainless church members would not be pleased with Jason attending. Just seems like a bad idea to have gone...but he was lucky as he got to be there for his father’s breakdown as he’s likely going to need a psych ward after that shocking revelation.

A gentle current...psychotic witch & brainless zombie are a wonderful duo. I think it’s time to hook Ava & Ernie up for so they can have some gentle, painless current flowing through them.

Jason is in the perfect position in a sense as he knows or suspects Ava won’t toss him out. Bad news is they could psychologically and physically torture him all with his father's blessings under the guise of turning him straight so he may end up angering her until she raises it from a 7 to an 11 on the misery scale.

Talk of wishing they’d killed him at birth, being so homophobic they’d rather be dead, blackmail, etc. this family takes the cake. I predicted he’d end up going to “conversion therapy” as it seems like the obvious step for super religious homophobic people to take not to mention likely an easy sell to Jason who may hope it’s actually legit. Of course considering how much he’s suppressed his true self over the years if he thought it was remotely possibly he’d probably have gone already.
