  1. You have not done anything to expect gratitude for.
  2. You mean you don't like it because you don't fit the bill.
  3. I've not even heard of it, let alone seen it. You will need to tell us about it.
  4. Maturity and wisdom come with age and we are maturing like fine wines. Admittedly some of us are more mature than others but we are still in the prime of our lives. And 43 I like my men of a similar age and mature, I'm not keen on kids who need a booster cushion to reach the dining table.
  5. I'm too busy to feel left out, especially by a young whipper-snapper.
  6. When you swear at Spike it's his place to call you out, or do you want us to mother you?
  7. Tut, tut, such language. Do you kiss your mother with that mouth? I hope you swill it out first.
  8. You have obviously been checking or you wouldn't mention this.
  9. I may be wrong according to your drewth, but according to the truth I am right. So, suck it up buttercup.
  10. Although on this occasion it was going through old posts.
  11. This one reminds me of days out at Blackpool, the gulls there are always snatching food out of holidaymaker's hands while they walk along the seafront.

    Chapter 3

I like Rick's character but I'm not so sure about Red. First, he warns Rick about falling in love and encourages him to play the field, then he's jealous! What's that all about? Enter Larry, has he got a secret crush on Rick? Is he trying to control him? I know, I know, I have to be patient and wait to find out. After what appears to be a successful first appearance on stage why is Rick waiting for a second role to turn up? I'd have thought that Broadway producers would be queuing up for him.
  13. Aloha Albert, I hope you ready for the weekend.
  14. I know the film you mention, I'm not sure how accurate it is, but it is based on real events. The actions of the men highlighted in the film were repeated during WWII and were a valuable contribution to the war effort.
  15. Thanks for that Page. There is no doubt or argument about the difference that American involvement made to the outcome of WWII and it is my belief that the American stance on involvement in the war was the actions of the politicians of the time, not the people. It is on record that some of the American people came to England to fight in the war and support us before Japan's attack, this tells me that the American people of the time were better people and more supportive than the politicians. I am grateful for the help and support given by America, I may not be here if it wasn't for that help and support. My post is only intended to point out facts in reply to Drew's post and is not intended to cause offence or arguments. We all owe a lot to those who fought regardless of their nationality, especially those who gave their lives, and the families of those people, we will always be indebted to them.
  16. America was part of the Allied forces and that will never be denied. It is also a matter of record that America only got involved after being attacked by Japan. Germany and Italy then joined forces with Japan which is what drew America into the war. Up to this point, America only supplied the UK and the rest of Europe with weapons and charged exorbitant prices for the arms supplied, and that is before we consider the Lend-Lease agreement which was stacked heavily in America's favour. I agree that America made the difference between victory and defeat, but not until Japan's direct attack on America. Until that point, America was happy to remain neutral and watch the UK and Europe go down the pan. When America joined the war America needed the existing Allied forces as much as the existing Allied forces needed America. If the war in Europe had been lost it is highly likely that America would have been defeated by Japan and their Allies. It was the unification of forces that won the war, not the Americans. Maybe we should thank Japan for its actions against America that unified the rest of the world, if we had remained fragmented the free world that we all take for granted would not exist. So don't take the high ground on this subject. America did not get involved by choice, America only got involved after being forced to after Japan's actions at the time.
  17. Beautiful, it is definitely an evening to remember with fondness.

    Chapter 2

Imagine sitting through a boring drama lesson then your teen idol and crush walks in, I'll bet those kids had the best drama lesson ever. Fast forward and Rick is standing in the shower experiencing sheer bliss until the hard cock is rammed mercilessly home, Rick may have enjoyed it when the pain subsided but I can tell you I wouldn't, what happened to a gentle introduction to anal sex? Rick may have enjoyed that more.
  19. They must have heard that you like to give a good impression to your visitors.

    The Busker

Thank you @ReaderPaul for taking the time to read and leave a valuable comment. As you rightly say insults and accusations are often used to do no more than cause harm and hurt without knowing any truth. This is the case in this story as the offenders had no way of knowing Mitch's sexual orientation. They didn't care, they were only interested in getting their hands on Mitch's money and guitar to pay for drugs. They probably did not intend to kill, but they still inflicted the violence without thought for the harm it caused and resulted in death. I still have the real Mitch's guitar, I am donating it to a local charitable organisation that helps young men who have suffered from abuse. I'm due to drop it off next week.
  21. Hi B They are very tempting and always look delicious. I think Albert's next little story should be about him hosting a dinner party for Gary Headstall, his friends, crew and guests. I'm sure Albert could do it justice.
  22. That is beautiful, thank you, Albert.
  23. It's a good thing for you that the doctors won't let me travel, I'd be constantly coming to you for dinner. The dishes you make are always mouthwatering.
  24. Aloha Albert, whats for dinner today?

    Chapter 25

I agree with the previous comments that this chapter went so fast it was like a whirlwind hitting, but I like it, that's how life is sometimes and it makes you feel as if you haven't got time to draw your breath. Ollie has settled in like he has always been part of the family making the right decision for him. As upset as Ollie was visiting his dad's grave I don't think he was that surprised, he knows his mother and what she is like, and I think he just hoped that this one promise she would keep. When Andre and Chris help Ollie arrange a plaque for his dad it will cement their relationship with an unbreakable bond. I'm hoping an adoption will happen as soon as the law allows but that's off in the future. The only question I have now is will Ollie remain an only child?
