When you mentioned Romania the date coincides with a story my Mom told. She was in a movie house with her sister in Romania all of a sudden the lights went out. A military person told the moviegoers they had to evacuate they were taken to a truck and transported to Austria. My Mom and My Aunt were the only ones in the family that got out of there before everything hit the fan
