As delightful as the relationship between Matty and Rusty is, they are both about 20 years old so it is unlikely that their relationship is going to become the life long one. It is possible. Love can work that way, but few relationships that start at college survive to become the forever relationship. At least in the real world. But in Matty and Rusty we are seeing ideals and dreams so perhaps theirs, like Maddox and Jonathan's, will be the real deal. Let's hope so. It's aspirational for us.

Well that was quite a start to the story. Samuel is quite a an old grump for someone in his early 30s. I'm guessing Laura is quite a bit older, since David is already 19. That accident. 🙈 I've enjoyed the start.
