A delightful chapter! The banter between Chase & "Buddy" is quite entertaining. I like how Chase dishes it back to Buddy. I definitely get Gilmore Girls/Hallmark vibes from the town and the hotel. Buddy reminds me of Michele. The Ashton brand is described as five-star and Buddy seems to want the small-town property to be formal but that contradicts the vibe of the town and property itself. Buddy is apparently being punished by being sent there in the first place. Chase has a bit of an old soul and it was brave of him to show up and apply for the BA job instead of apply online and hope for the best. Simon definitely has his eyes set on Chase already, but is that just to distract us from an upcoming love triangle between him, Chase, & Buddy? I love Mrs. G and Silvie.

Nice way to end Book 2. I look forward to reading Book 3!

Fun chapter with the Miami premiere and a great awards season for Brant! Sky & Hector seem to really be into each other. I was beginning to think Bransky was going to go a chapter without sex and was worried there for a minute 😜 I think we're all looking forward to Living Large to begin filming.

Taylor does have allies in Mrs. Mason and Bernie and his parents are obviously supportive and trying to show him that without embarrassing him. I get that he's a hormonal teenager, but why not confide in them? It's likely Stephanie either said or insinuated about Taylor to Jason so she's definitely aiming to drive a wedge between them. I find it endearing that Taylor wants to pursue Civil Rights Law.

It's cute how Kody gets all flustered when Golden Boy is around and now can't get him out of his mind. Our mind tends to notice someone more if we've seen someone once, it's as if we're subconsciously hyperaware of their presence. Charlie continues to be quite the horny teenager. Dad gives sage advice to Kody - don't dwell on the straight guys.

What a fantastic first chapter and I love the story and chapter title! I'm always a sucker for a story with food themes or backgrounds so I'm hooked! I've got my fingers crossed that Chase goes after the bakery assistant job and eventually sees his dreams come true.

Lots of developments for Troy in this chapter. It's awesome that he was nominated for the prestigious award and gets to go to Scotland for a vacation and the awards festivities. Owen surprised him with a proposal that he seems surprised by but in to. Meg has graduated and taken over the majority of duties on the ranch. It's not surprising that they stumbled upon the vlog that Miles started at sea and continued with Marco Polo, although obviously Owen was unaware of the connection between Troy & Miles. Erik seemed concerned that Troy accepted Owen's proposal. I find it interesting that Troy snuck away to watch Miles' videos series in its entirety and hasn't chosen to tell Owen about Miles. This could go in a number of directions so I'm not even going to venture an educated guess at this point.

Mom's digs and undertones are certainly noticed by Nate. That was some exquisite sex on the upper balcony, fulfilling Cal's teenage fantasy. It'll be interesting to see what the conclusion brings.

Sounds like a mostly relaxing Hawaiian vacation for Bransky, although their notoriety is ramping up and thus the need for additional security. Stopping by the table of the gay couple that recognized but didn't approach them showed their humanity and appreciation of their fans. It's definitely an exciting awards season for all involved. I love that Sky has a brief arc on 911!

Looks like Kent will be okay and Randy is feeling guilty and also thankful. The hand holding and hug was a sweet moment. These guys are falling hard for one another.

Nice interlude chapter where we get to see the guys recognized for some of their other work.

There appears to be at least moderate, potential interest from Philip. Most people wouldn't memorize their lab partner's coffee order unless there was interest there.

Hector will fit in well with Bransky during the filming. He got his biggest offer yet. Juanita is awesome for committing to being tested and monogamous throughout the filming. It remains to be seen if she and Hector will still be together post-filming. Hector may feel the urge to explore his same-sex desires further. Congrats to Rachel on her GG win. The foursome is fortunate to be having success during the Covid/post-Covid times. Violet produced yet another scrumptious meal.

Stephanie will definitely be a problem for Taylor and has already figured out his secret. Jason calling Taylor's mother behind his back was a manipulative move and he knew it. Taylor's really struggling with his sexuality and is taking his inability to deal with that out on everyone. Mrs. Mason thankfully gave him wise advice and can be an ally for him. Taylor's parents might be more supportive of him than he thinks, and it seems like they suspect that he at least has feelings for Jason.

I love a Ronyx story! Always dramatic and has interesting characters that are dealing with their emerging sexuality. Taylor's life parallels what many of us went through in high school. Great start!

Miles's time at sea has been good for him in terms of getting shredded and having the pseudo-mother in Robbie to talk to and learn from. He decided to more-or-less become a You-Tuber and document his time at sea on there and other socials. He has been consistent in therapy when possible and bought a sweet new motorcycle to allow him the ability to travel the US. He's managed to have several hook-ups along the way, including with Greg in Maine. Marco Polo was certainly a surprise but one that he probably needs. We still don't know what trauma he carries from his past and why he abruptly left Troy. And we got an ominous warning from our esteemed author that Troy's heading for a collision of some sort.

Hector it is then! I think he'll make a sexy addition to Bransky and the sequel should be a smashing, erotic success! I can't wait to hear about the rehearsals and filming.

Cole is definitely and obviously into Philip, but is he seeing reality or projecting? Time will tell.

I feel kind of bad for Jake - his roommate's lack of an IQ regarding women and his commitment to all things alcohol - and meeting Becca, who he thought might be a friend only to show her true colors when he came out to her. I haven't read the original version so all of this is new to me. I am enjoying it thus far though. Judy is awesome and I love the way she interacts with Jake.

Exciting but a sad end to the season for the PH team. Andy senses something else coming. I am disappointed that the judge is a Republican, but at least he's not a bigot or homophobic (I'm not implying every Republican is).

Intense battle. Hopefully, Kent will survive. He'll probably beat himself up over the guy he shot. This could lead to action between him and Randy, since both have now experienced potentially deadly injuries.
